This little apartment is perfectly clean, has a decent kitchen (although oddly no salt or pepper, instant coffee only- no coffee pot), a washer dryer- just like it says. The building is run down. While it's technically in Paddington/ Woolhara area, it's not nice like those areas. It's very loud on weekend evenings. There is no fan or a/c. The temperature drops at night so that may be fine, except for the noise (it sounded like a party, but it happened every weekend night and I couldn't see anything). The owners aren't particularly responsive.
It's close to everything and less expensive than other rentals in Sydney. The cleaning service did a good job.Response from Sasha & Daniel - 04/20/2013

Thank you for your review and for choosing to stay in our Apartment. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay. Just in response to your concern about the noise - your stay with us was during the Easter Long Weekend and the days around it. Every year in Sydney there is a festival during this period in the entertainment quarter (nearby) and this is likely to be "the party noise" that you heard. During the rest of the year it is a very quiet street.

Small studio in a big apartment complex. The pictures on the web are exactly what you get. Clean with everything you need. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed. Comes with wifi and a washer and dryer which I loved.
