Peaceful, tranquil, serene. Kokomo is where you can come with your partner or one other couple to recharge and refresh.
Set amongst beautiful native bush with sandstone cliffs as a backdrop, and overlooking Neverfail Bay, Kokomo will get you back in touch with nature without having to rough it. Everything is provided in the house to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Neverfail Bay Berowra Waters New South Wales. One hour north from Sydney. Property is water access only. Drive to Berowra Waters marina where you will be met and taken to Kokomo in the pontoon boat. This is your boat for the duration of your stay. There is secure undercover parking for your car. You can use the pontoon boat to come back to the waterfront restaurants or cafes for breakfast lunch or an early dinner (pontoon boat cannot be used after dark). If you wish to go to the famous Berowra Waters Inn for lunch the pontoon boat is ideal. if you wish to go for dinner there is a water taxi service which will take you there and drop you at Kokomo when you are ready. Use the pontoon boat to explore the river, have a picnic while creuising or try your luck at fishing.

Kokomo turned out to be the perfect spot for my husband and I to relax for 6 nights amid a hectic trip 'down under'. The pontoon boat was great fun and easy to handle, the fishing was excellent, there is the Great North Trail nearby which is quite a challenging hike and also a two man kayak which we used. The marina is a 20 min ride by pontoon boat and they have an excellent fish cafe, a bottle shop and limited food items if you haven't brought in your own, the only thing we needed to bring in was fresh fruit and veg. Although we were not able to receive cell phone signals the home is equipped with wifi and a landline. Loretta and Kevin went out of their way to be sure we were comfortable and they kindly gave us transportation to the Berowra train station as we traveled without a car. We both highly recommend Kokomo
