Lemon Garden - Villa to the sea. Houses / villas - 3 rooms - 4 / 7 personas to the sea, dipped in 1 hectare of lemons garden - credit card booking online available - last minute, boat excursion

The Villa is located in a tourist resort on the beach: Lido di Noto, also called Noto Marina. However, the house is in a very quiet and has ample space around because 2.5 acre of garden surrounded by lemon trees. This makes it much fresher than the surrounding areas because the garden is watered in summer.

The villa has habitable surface of approximately 75 sqm + one veranda covered of approximately 36 sqm. A comfortable external additiona...l shower refreshes to the return from the sea. The house is totally independent. Also the access gate is independent. The house is equipped with comfortable beds with slats. The mattresses are foam latex. If you observe the photos: there is an aerial photo that show, on left the garden in which the house is found. The house is near (350 mt) golden sand beach.

A short distance away, reachable on foot, proceeding along the coast, the Vendicari Reserve, a natural oasis where bathing is allowed. Discount depending on length of stay. Games for children, slide, swing, hammock, tricycle, Divx DVD player and also cot-bed and chair for the meal. Possible boat trips to be arranged at additional cost.

For each week rented it's possible to book 2 or 3 days in a 10,00 meters boat lenght. A skipper will drive you to see the south-east coast of Sicily, to fish or snorkeling.

We have chosen different solutions that enable action on reducing consumption and production of energy from renewable sources.

These investments aim to protect the environment, create the conditions for eco-friendly holidays in Noto Marina and reflect a love and immense gratitude for nature.

Energy saving:

- Heating with heat pump;

- Cooling system with heat pump;

- Storm windows;

- Double glazing;

- 100% utilization of energy saving lamps

Eco homes and energy production for the environment

- Photovoltaic panels for a total of 6 kw produce more than 100% of the energy absorbed by consumption. The excess energy generated is fed into the electricity grid;

- Waste collection;

- Burning of pruning of our trees as fuel for stoves;

- Elimination of single use.

Food

- With organic farming techniques, we produce for family use a tiny amount of wine, Nero d'Avola; Our guests usually like a free bottle.

- To always have fresh and genuine eggs to us and our guests, we breed to the ground seven hens. The hens live in their house with a veranda.

Their small house is heated and refreshed by nature and meets the needs of the animals and its biological rhythms: north-south porch; nest on east; container for feces, ventilated roof, south wall transparent and reclining in opposite directions for ventilation summer or winter; pesticide bath of sand and wood ash on the veranda; automatic system for the administration of water always fresh and clean.

With this system nature degrades, without the need for disposal, the waste products from the animals, which lives happily in a healthy environment.

Surprisingly eggs, shared equally with our guests, enough for everyone!

- The main production of the property are lemons. We share with our guests, depending on the season, the production of oranges, tangerines, loquats, bananas, mulberries, plums, grapes, pears, persimmon, all produced without using pesticides or chemical fertilizers. The fertilization of the land involved the Horse Paprika, and donkeys Salt and Pepper.

- Excursions to nature reserves in the area (Vendicari Pantalica Cavagrande Cassibile;

- Italian language courses for guests

  Lemmon tree garden BB is set among a old sprawling garden of Lemons and figs. The Mexican themed hacienda with eclectic and comfortable room is just a ten minute drive from the world heritage sites of ancient Syracuse and a walk away from a wonderful beach. It's owner, a welcoming Sicilian Francesca, decorated her 'Lemmon kingdom' with quirky mix of Freda Kahlo and Gustav Klimt photographs and collages. I've enjoined every minute, enclosing a light and tasty breakfast served on a veranda.

  Che vacanza! Una villetta ben arredata con camere comode e spaziose, immersa in un grande limoneto. Troverete ad accogliervi il gentilissimo e sempre disponibile proprietario che vi descriverà dettagliatamente la struttura ed il giardino circostante. Troverete anche un gruppetto di simpatici animali tra cui 3 caprette, 2 muli, una cavalla, galline (le uova sono a disposizione degli ospiti, più fresche di così..) e gatti. Insomma, se vi piace la natura, questo è il posto adatto.
  La casa è dotata di posto auto, è molto funzionale e accessoriata (biancheria, lenzuola, pentole, sedie da mare, ombrellone e materassino!) siamo stati comodamente in 6. Il grande tavolo nella veranda e la seconda doccia esterna hanno aiutato ad organizzarci al meglio nonostante fossimo 3 coppie.
  La villa si trova ad una decina di minuti a piedi dal mare, lontana il giusto dal caotico lungomare, ma comunque comoda per recarsi in spiaggia. Vicino alla casa si trova anche un minimarket ben fornito.
  Unica piccola pecca: il box doccia andrebbe un po' rivisto.
  Concludendo consiglio a tutti questa struttura, io ed i miei amici ci siamo trovati veramente bene, abbiamo passato una vacanza bellissima che non ci scorderemo facilmente!

  Very beautiful house und garden

  We stayed 6 weeks in October/November with our family ( 2 kids, 4 years, 1 year) at the villa lemon garden. It was a very good time. The house is situated in a big lemon and orange garden. There are also a lot of other tropical fruit trees like banana trees and kaki trees. For the kids you will find some animals ( donkey, goats, cats, chicken) in the garden, every day you can get fresh eggs and the kids can feed and play with the animals. The house is very nice, inside you will find everything you need. There is another house at the ground ( 50 m away), a nice option to stay with more people. If you need something Mr. Trapani will get it for you. He is very nice and friendly and speaks english and other languages so you can ask him any time. The sandy beach is about 5 min walk and nice to swim ( until November), by car there are other beautiful beaches nearby. There are a lot of cultural highlights in the area, we loved syrakusa most ( 30 min by car). In the village there is a small supermarket - they have everything you need even fresh fruits and bread.

  If you like old Sicily with all its traditions this is your holiday! Lemon Garden is a excellent location, because is in the country (there is a big beautiful lemon garden around the house) but near to the sea.

  Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cette maison bien équipé au milieu des arbres fruitiers et des animaux notamment les chats sauvages pour le plus grand bonheur de notre petite fille.Le jardin est très agréable et la maison est située à deux pas d'une plage. J'ajouterai que nous avons apprécié le propriétaire discret et très sympa.

  ...you'll love waking up at casa di limoni and just have to walk outside to pick 2 or 3 oranges of a tree. not to mention there's a horse and several chicken in the garden. to make it short: we loved it.
