It's a wonderful villa, big and with a very nicely decoration.
A boutique villa!!!
Close to the beach and lots of space.
Away from the busy life and great to relax.
Not many tourists and you feel the real Bali life here. -

I stayed one week at this villa and enjoyed every second. They villa is very fresh and clean with good nice showers, the staff was very kind, humorous and speaks good English. Very important for me was the beach just 7 minutes walking away and if you like you can ride horses on the beach if you like and Tannah Lot is just around the corner

Villa Nio is located in one of the most beautiful places of Southern Bali, surrounded by immaculate rice paddies with views of daily farmers life, planting or harvesting their pure agricultural products. Still untouched and part of a rich well kept small village named Batu Tampih Kangin. Being part of this village with a friendly and service-minded staff, living as well in the village. Daily, they bring offers to the small temple's on the premises, cook delicious Balinese home made cooking and facilitate you in every way. The spacious villa is purely decorated with classy Bali design in an industrial setting; dark wenge, concrete, wooden shades and subtile lightplans in which the esthetic interior- and fashion background of the owners reflects. Looking out on the enormous garden from the terraces is giving a pieceful feeling in which you find one being truly quiet. 5 minutes walk to the sea, with spectacular views, where you will feel spirituality in its own form. An amazing quiet spot to practise yoga or meditate overlooking the ocean with views to Tanah Lot. Only 40 minutes from Seminyak and 10 minutes from alila Soori resort and lots of orchids plantations and bio food shops.
Villa Nio is definetly an amazing Bali hide-away spot where one find all Bali has to offer in its purest form.
