Designed specially for the owners of the unit, every element combines style and utility.

Nearly all the walls functions as storage. Slide the mirrored wall in the kitchen and you will find the sink behind it, the counter with the coffee maker. Pull out a wall and there's a drawer for the plates. There are no door and drawer knobs, all drawer and closet handles are integrated into the design.

The floating table- which is really a brilliant design by the owner- sprung from the fact that he kept bumping his knees on its legs. So the owner had a table built that's connected to the floor. It has electric wires inside, leading to the e...lectric outlet on the underside of the table. " We thought how we're going to use the table. We can plug the toaster here or a laptop, without having to worry about tripping over wires across the floor.

Despite the minimal decor, the home feels peaceful and welcoming. The kitchen may look sparse but it's got everything from an induction stove, a wine chiller and even a dishwasher.

Everything is linear and it is easily seen in the alignment on the shelves, built-in appliances, the floating dining table, sofa, blinds and countertop. These are tempered by white pebbles in the niches under the shelves in the living room and dining area, the seamless curve of the ceiling, the round lamps neatly lined over the dining tables and the warm imperfections of the natural Mactan stone on the walls. It is very European and at the same time Zen-like in ambiance.

We have everything for you to do everything yourself, but at the same time so you won't have to do everything yourself.
