Just recently remodeled this 2 story condo is a great vacation spot. The first floor has hardwood floors, an updated kitchen with new countertops and cabinets, a living room with a sofa sleeper, TV & DVD player, ipod compatible CD Stereo and a half bath. Up the stairs are 2 bedrooms nicely decorated, tastefully painted with fun "PotteryBarn" colors. The master bedroom has a TV and VCR. In addition there is a full bath also just remodeled with slate floors and a luxurious shower. There is no fireplace.

My family has been visiting Tahoe for a week every summer for a week since I was a teenager. We have always rented 2-3 houses in the Lake Forest Glen area to fill with kids, cousins, parents, and spouses. Unit 17, although small, was one of the best units we've stayed in. Absolutely clean, clean, clean and decorated great! It felt like the owners really love their second home and put thought into the comfort. Even the towels were plushy! Coldwell Banker, you guys are great. Nice doing business with you and see you again next summer!

Good location, a little small and only has 1.5 bathrooms. The heating doesn't work very well since the upstairs bedrooms get very hot while downstairs is cool.Overall a nice place though.

We liked the lock-box check-in process, found the condo to be clean and well-maintained, and outfitted reasonably. Drawbacks, if any: we turned an outside closet into a ski locker.
Would definitely consider this place again. -

Our condo was clean, well maintained, nicely stocked kitchen, great appliances. We felt very comfortable there. The only drawback was the very loud furnace. Other than that, this was an excellent rental and we will stay there again.
