Left on 01/24/2013 for a stay in December 2012
Good Experience, great location, place served our needs. Bathroom could have used some updating, and one one minor issue with cold water spigot.
Definitely woudl go back given the location and fair price.
Thanks -

Left on 11/01/2012 for a stay in September 2012
The condo was just like the pictures and how they described it. The fireplace and the shared hot tub were great! The staffing company in charge of the unit was very friendly and got back to me about all the questions I had. The location was good and if I ever make it back to Tahoe I'd definitely stay there again! Thanks!

Bay AreaPretty old and very sparse
Left on 09/06/2012 for a stay in September 2012
The location is great, close to town, walking distance to the beach, but there were a few things that bugged us:
1. There is almost nothing in this place so be prepared to bring anything you'll need. We were looking for scissors are one point, had to email them to find the towels upstairs.
2. Everything is old, appliances, fixtures, bathroom etc...
3. There were a bunch of dead bugs on the ceiling of the upstairs bathroom
4. Minor, but the master bedroom has very thin curtains so be prepared to wake up with the sun. -

Napa Valleysweet little spot but not the cleanest
Left on 09/06/2012 for a stay in August 2012
The location was great, we had family staying in Dallor point. The kids pool was perfect and close to the unit I even got away for a few minutes to the "quiet" pool. Staff was very nice when I could not get the key back in the lock box. Overall it was nice for families with kids but I would not want to stay here if I had little crawling babies cause the carpet was a little gross. To be honest we were enjoying the lake so it was more of a crash pad.

San FranciscoConvenient Basic Condo
Left on 08/09/2012 for a stay in August 2012
The condo was fairly OK equipped with good bed configurations for sleeping capacity which was available. However, there were only two bath towels in the unit and no sheets for the small sleeper sofa in the 2nd bedroom.

Really wished this guest had called up - there is a linen closet just outside the bathroom door. Inside there are additional towels, hand towels, wash clothes, blankets, etc... We do not hang all the towels in the bathroom - it just doesn't look nice.
The condo sleeps 6 as advertised and the loveseat is NOT advertised and is NOT meant for additional sleeping. The owner does not want more than 6 people occupying this property. Again - a phone call would have made this guests stay much more pleasant..... -

San Mateo, CAComfortable and Relaxing
Left on 07/18/2012 for a stay in July 2012
Small but cozy. This was a great place if you need to watch your budget and are housing under four people. Everything was in working order, clean, and comfortable. The two pools and hot tub were perfect after the days events.

Nevada City, CAExcellent bargain at the price offered.

The place was very nice. Plenty of space, clean, a block from the lake. A very good deal for us and another couple that we vacationed with.

New JerseyEfficient
Left on 08/06/2010 for a stay in July 2010
The condo was efficient..perfect space for our family: mom, dad and 2 toddlers who shared the bunk beds. It was nice to have the pool so close and the beach/Tahoe City right down the street. The condo itself was clean and comfortable...but the complex wasnt as nice as I would've wanted. There wasn't any incentive to hang out on the tiny back deck..we spent most of our time out doing Tahoe things...

Left on 03/25/2010 for a stay in March 2010
The overall experience was very smooth. The home was "nice" but a little spartan in areas. One side of the shower door would not operate because it needed new rollers.....in the smaller bedroom there was a comfortable chair but no table and lamp nearby to read by. Thanks for your help...

We replaced that shower door! We're working on getting a small table with a light to go by the chair. For now we moved the table and lamp that was by the bed over to the chair.
We hope you were able to enjoy Tahoe during your stay!

This place is wonderful. The only problem is the heating furnace is loud. Even when set at 55 degrees, it comes on during the night, and wakes you up.

Left on 08/31/2009 for a stay in August 2009
liked the place.
rooms were neat and nice. kitchen & living room was great.swimming pool, tennis court and kids play area were right near by so kids enjoyed that as well.
Nit: As you walk down the stairs, the fire place is protruding out and its a sharp angle cement thing. both my wife and I hit our feet on it getting off the stairs and it hurt. We left a pillow on top on that to remind ourselves.
Other than that incident, a great experience. I jogged down to the lake as well.

Los AngelesBasic Townhouse
Left on 08/27/2009 for a stay in August 2009
This is very basic and somewhat outdated townhouse, but if you get it for less it is worth to stay. All you will need is there, however, there is nothing fancy in that place. The pillows are too firm, so you may consider bringing your own. Stay in there if you are on the limited budget, otherwise look for something else.
Location is convenient: couple of minutes drive from downtown Tahoe City, walking distance to the beach.Response from Stay In Lake Tahoe - 08/27/2009

Come back again - The condo is being remodeled! New beds, linens (and yep-the pillows), couch, chair, new tile counters in the kitchen, new vanities in both baths, light fixutes, new window coverings, the whole place is being painted... Right now it's totally torn apart - we can't wait to see the completed project!! Debbie & Ashley

Left on 08/21/2009 for a stay in August 1997
we really enjoyed our location: close to the tennis court, swimming pool and playground then the stove and spacious rooms. it's so nice to have the refrigerator and washer/dryer!we were very satisfied with the area and the condo. it was clean and felt like we were at home. the beds were comfortable and the sheets were neat. my inlaws were very impressed and the kids were happy! the neighborhood was quiet but at the same time, the people were very friendly. i can't really think of anything we liked least. it's all best! ok, the best part was it was not too far from everything like the beach, restaurant and other places. it was peaceful. i guess i can say the ultimate best thing: no smoke smell from cigarettes or tobaccos. my child has allergies and asthma so this place was acceptable. the service of the real estates agent, Deborah 'Debbie', was oustanding! she went out of her way to reply to my emails and calls quickly. not to mention, she was very helpful indeed! this is one of the best places i have styaed in lake tahoe!!!!

It was a perfect place for the three of us (mom, dad, 10 year old) to stay.
Enjoyed the central location. We did a lot of bike riding into Tahoe City and
beyond. Close to most of what North Shore has to offer. The condo itself was
clean and had all that we need for our 5 night stay. The only thing lacking
were proper wine glasses. Considering we are from Marin County, it's a

This condo was very comfortable, spacious for a family of four, and had lots of amenities that made cooking and staying there very easy. We had fun in the pool, at the tennis courts and biking into downtown Tahoe City. We'll definitely stay there again.

Very peronable meet and greet @ your office in Squaw.
The grounds of our apt. were in good condition, the hot tub
great, the apt. itself a bit worn but everything worked and the
heat was good, access good, no compaints there. Not fantastic
but at that price good value. We would come back.
