Upon entering this lovely mountain home you will enjoy the breathtaking lake views from almost every room. Everything regarding booking, getting the keys to the house, and the logistics was all very great any easy. The house was exactly as described and the stay was great.
Over a week after we left I received an email saying that there were damages to the house and my credit card was immediately charged.
The group I was with is not destructive, there were no indications amongst the group that we caused any such damages before locking up. I'm not sure if the owners took advantage of some work they'd like done or the rental company but I won't be using them again based on the experience or if I were to do so, I would take pictures throughout the house upon arrival (but who wants to worry about that on vacation?).
The house was great overall, nothing too fancy but fit the needs of a group that is looking to be skiing or otherwise during their stay. Plenty of room to sleep a large group comfortably. -

We really liked the home...The location is perfect! It is not far from town and the view off the deck is spectacular! The house could use some updating, the living room TV is lacking. Also, there are several stairs to get down to the house from the street, which could be a problem for the elderly. Overall, it is a great place for a family vacation and we made awesome memories!

The owners used to have a tv in the living room but decided that having it in the sitting room/kitchen/ dining area would allow the "kids" to watch tv and left the living area for the "adults" . You are right - there are quite a few stairs down to the house. We do mention that in the description so that no one will be surprised. Thank you so much for letting us help with your accommodations.
