With recent upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms, this house is in a private setting yet minutes from town. Just two miles from downtown Tahoe City. Close to Skylandia Beach which is a wonderful park lake setting with a sandy beach. In the winter you are close to many ski resorts and lots of fun activities. The house is great for families. There are three good sized bedrooms and a nice den with a and sofa bed to create a relatively private additional sleeping space. Great sunny deck with patio furniture and a gas grill. We had an excellent experience. I cannot call this place a rental because it felt like home. Very clean, well furnished, and well manicured property. All the comforts of home. Conveniently located to Lake Tahoe and Tahoe city. Was about a mile run to the lake and 10 mins to Tahoe City. People at the office Cynthia and Beth were professional and courteous. Will definitely be back and recommend to friends.

The house was perfect. We appreciated the wachine machine and the detergent.
The only thing that was not clear was how to use the air conditioner and if there even was one...

I'm thrilled you enjoyed your stay. Just to clarfiy for future guests, this home does not have air conditioning. In fact, none of the homes on our program offer air conditioning. It is VERY uncommon in the area.
