The entry level offers a nice level driveway which leads to a 2 car garage - wonderful in the winter! Up a few steps to the spacious downstairs bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the other with 2 single beds and a full bath with a tub/shower.
Upstairs there two more bedrooms - both with queen beds, a full bath with a large shower and the open living, dining, kitchen area. Our family had a great time in Dollar Point. The open floor plan and views from the many windows was perfect. We especially appreciated access to the 2 car garage, as we arrived during a storm. Lots of great memories Christmas 2012.

Our stay at 465 Dollar Pt. was fabulous. We needed extra space due to a family reunion and this four bedroom house fit our needs perfectly. Everything was clean and new remodeled kitchen/great room was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable. Ease of entry was excellent. As far as I'm concerned... no complaints!

The house was clean and spacious. The rooms were not cramped, as I was concerned they might be from the pictures I saw. And the kitchen was great. I liked that it was already stocked with seasonings and other food additives.
