This West Shore Lake Tahoe Vacation Home is a charming getaway! The home is conveniently located on Rustic Lane, a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood of Tahoe City. This beautiful and sunny four bedroom and 2.5 bathroom home is almost 2,000 square feet, perfect for summer or winter entertaining. Comfortably decorated with new furniture throughout, this home has vaulted ceilings with plenty of windows allowing natural light to enter. The open great room, which is on the top floor, contains the living room, kitchen and dining area, and is perfect for gatherings. The dining table seats six with additional space, and there are three counter stool...s around the kitchen island. The home has southern exposure with three second story decks, plenty of lounging furniture and a gas BBQ. Off of the back of the home is a private wooded area with a HOT TUB. Nice features include a large, luxurious master suite that has a pillow top king-sized bed, double vanity sinks and walk-in closet. Downstairs, the second and third bedrooms have a queen and full-size bed and lots of space for storage. The fourth bedroom contains two twin bunk beds that sleeps a total four. Additional features include a sleeper sofa in the living room, large plasma TV and a satellite dish with basic and movie channels in addition to wireless DSL. There is parking available for two cars in the attached garage and an additional four spaces in the driveway. In the warmer months, there are forested trails that can be accessed in the neighborhood, a lakeside bike path only three blocks away, and Sugar Pine Point State Park is less than a five minute drive away. The local beach is also a short walk from the house. In the winter, the home is within a few miles of Homewood ski resort, and approximately nine miles from Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows.
