Located just minutes from scenic Lake Tahoe, Northstar Ski Resort, shopping, restaurants, casinos, movie theatres, a grocery store, etc. The entry level of this home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen bed and cable TV and the second bedroom has a queen bed, futon and cable TV. The cabin is large with two good sized bedrooms downstairs and a huge master upstairs. I think my kids watch too many makeover shows on Hgtv because they walked in and started talking about remodeling and updating the place. It is a little dated, but it has everything you would need. You can tell there are a lot of great memories in the place which I like. It is not for those who want something new and sparkly but it is very functional and a good value for the size of the place.

Well my family and I had a good time at this home. We went to spend New Year at Tahoe. The service was good I think the house was full equipped and the beds were comfortable. The only thing we weren't happy about, was that when we took a shower the water was pretty cold and we really expected a hot or warm water. But the neighborhood was very nice and we love the great view from Tahoe Vista.
My family and I enjoy our stay at Tahoe Vista, We hope to go again next year. -

My partner and our four friends stayed at this home in December/January (over New Year's Eve/Day). The house is cute and everything worked. The home was clean and organized and well-maintained. The hot tub was great! I enjoyed this the most and it looked to be maintained well.
A few downsides: When the hot tub runs, it's noisy down below in the two bedrooms. Also, while the house is cute it's the "ugly duckling" in the neighborhood. That didn't bother me - I enjoyed my stay and I appreciated the free internet access.
