This four bedroom/two bath Lake Tahoe vacation rental is located on a quiet street, backs up to the forest, and has a secluded deck setting with a hot tub. The downstairs has two bedrooms and one bath along with the kitchen, living room, and dining room that are open to one another plus plus there is an extra family room "the man cave" with an extra TV & DVD for kids, etc. The living room has a large 54" flat screen tv, gas fireplace, and comfortable furniture appointments. The upstairs features two spacious bedrooms and a hall bathroom. In the summer, guests can walk to the Agate Bay tennis courts and Tahoe Rim Trail.

The location of the house is wonderful. The services and information for the house was all available (ie the fireplace instructions). Also, needed help with the hot tub and we received an immediate response. Plowing of the driveway was very prompt. An excellent place for large families during winter or summer vacations.

We spent a wonderful 2 weeks at the Mullin house this summer. We had two families, with visitors coming and going during the two weeks. The house was very comfortable, and well appointed. We particularly liked the large wrap-around deck with BBQ and hot tub.
Being centrally located in Agate Bay was great. It was an easy walk to either the pool or the lake. Chad/Sudan are nice quiet roads, so there was not a lot of street noise.
We cannot wait until next summer when we return! -

This is a very nice home on a quiet street. It backs up to the forrest so it is perfect for long hikes which we were taking every evening. It is very close to the lake and gives up great access in a very short time. We used the hot tub a few times and also had a nice bbq. The house has lots of games in the game room which supprised us and allowed us to spend some time playing games. The rooms were large and there was pleanty of bedding. We highly recommed this home.
