Find all the comforts of home along with fabulous views at this Meeks Bay Home. There are 4 bedrooms - 3 lakeview bedrooms and a fourth with forest views along with 2 baths. The best views are from the living room and dining area so you can watch the lake while you are cooking and eating. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with easy accessibility to Meeks Bay Beach in the summer and ski/snowboarding areas in the winter. It is just a short walk down to the beautiful white sandy beaches at Meeks Bay Resort along a nearby path. Hiking trails and bike trails are also very close by. We arrived the evening before Valentines Day. The house was ready for our
arrival and the interior was very clean and in good order. The instructions
for accessing the key and settling ourselves in were complete and thorough.
We started a cozy fire and enjoyed a beautiful view of the lake towards
South Shore and Heavenly Valley. The next day we decided to take a hike
while waiting for an expected storm to supply fresh snow. We enjoyed
exploring Meeks Bay and walking the beautiful beach and then drove to
have lunch on the water in Carnelian Bay. That night there was a large
snowfall and we awoke to a gorgeous winter wonderland. The plows came by right on
time and we had a great day skiing. We have been to this property in winter
and summer and would highly recommend it. -

We loved staying at this family cabin! We have been here several times now, in a variety of seasons and they are all spectacular!
After a day of hiking in the spring, or sledding in the winter, my favorite place to be is in the rocker near the picture window with a hot spiked cocoa looking out over the lake and accross to South Lake. I love cooking for our friends so I have to say a close second is cooking dinner in the kitchen as the sun sets and seeing the lights come up accross the lake! A very special place indeed! And plenty of room for a large family or several sets of friends! Enjoy! -

We had a wonderful week at this lake view roomy cabin. It was perfect for our family. We loved the beach and used the Meeks Bay marina for our boat and it made it all so easy to get out on the Lake. We visited Emerald Bay about 5 times and have wonderful memories.
