I had a great weekend labor day weekend of 2012 at this house.
We were 4 couples and the house has lot of space (there could be one more couch in the living room thou, only one is not enough). The backyard and hot tub are fun to have, we had a great time having a bbq. We wanted to stay next to chambers to have beach/sun so the location was good for our purpose.
The sound isolation is not great in the house but I don't think it is great in any house in Tahoe. And we were all on the same schedule so it wasn't a problem for us.
In general, don't expect too much luxury but it a fun cozy house for the price. And the customer service by tahoe getaways was great, they made everything so easy to check in/out. -

This home was clean and comfortable, with lots of room. Our only complaint was that it was a loud house. Because it had hardwood floors with no rugs on the main level, the noise just echoed. Every foot step could be heard below, as well as voices and the TV. Those that went to bed early could hear those that stayed up, and the early risers woke up the ones below by simply being upstairs. Consequently, no one slept well. I don't think we would stay here again because of this. Everything else was fine.

This cabin was wonderful for our big group. We had 6 kids under the age of 5 years old and there was plenty of room for the children to spread out and play. We loved the pool table, games, arts and crafts and puzzles that the cabin stocked. We've been coming to Tahoe every summer and have stayed in different cabins, this one has been the best one yet.
