Pleasanton, CASerene & gorgeous

We have spent many wonderful vacations in this lovely place and our kids have especially fond memories of sharing fun times with their cousins here. It's a fantastic place for a big group, but there are many places for privacy, as well. It's a great location & the kids are happy to wander around and being out on the lake is as good as it gets! It's immaculate and well stocked with all the essentials. There's nothing like hanging out on the deck or the pier with friends and family and making great memories.

Aptos, CaWhat a beautiful place
Left on 03/11/2012 for a stay in August 2011
We have stayed at this house for the past 4 summers and absolutely love it! It is off the road so there is no traffic noise, just the quiet sound of the water lapping at the shore. It's so fun having the pier and watching our sons check their crawdad traps every morning to see what they have caught.
We bike ride along the roadside path and have hiked into some of the nearby parks. Last year we rented stand up paddle boards which was a treat for the whole family and many times a day-long adventure!
The house is more than equipped with everything you need, just walk down to PDQ for groceries or shop at a larger supermarket in nearby Tahoe City. Meals on the deck or pier are a must! The place is large enough to share with another family or two and split the cost!
It doesn't get better than this!

Newport Beach & Los Gatos CAAwesome Lakefront Family Vacation Spot
Left on 03/09/2012 for a stay in August 2011
Large, lakefront home with own pier, buoy and beach. Several separate living areas for several families or different age groups. Home is always clean and comfortable. Nice private location near Tahoma, Homewood, Sunnyside and Tahoe city. We have come to Tahoe for almost 40 years in the summer and have stayed here the last 10 years - we wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

We loved the lakefront location, private pier and all of the bedrooms. It is comfortable living and in immaculate condition. Located in Homewood, West Shore about 10 minutes from Tahoe City. If you vacation at Tahoe you have to be right on the lake!

This is an absolutely beautiful property, right on the shores of Lake Tahoe! Perfect for the enjoyment of year round activities! Wonderful for family reunions, as it accommodates many for sleeping. We were here in October of 2011. We went bicycling, saw fish spawning, went on beautiful hikes- all in all a wonderful experience!! We will definitely stay at this property again!!!

We have awesome family memories of our visits to this place through the years. Hanging out on the dock after a barbecue and soaking in the view is just paradise. The location just can't be better. As for the accommodations, it's a perfect balance of modern conveniences, creature comforts and rustic mountain living. The stone cottage is a throwback to the 1950s that puts a smile on your face as soon as you step in. All the other rooms are up to date and super comfortable. On the whole, it's one of our favorite places on earth. Highly recommended.

I loved this place. When my family went in autumn, it was so quiet and peaceful. I kayaked in the mornings, on silky blue water, to Sugar Pine Point nearby. You could just gaze at the view of the Lake all day. It's a beautiful and fairly short drive, northward or southward, to entertainment like mini golf, shopping, and movies. But what I enjoyed most was the expansive Lake view (even when you're lying in bed!), the private beach, and the pier. There's a store in walking distance, and a great pizza place too. We enjoyed a few days alone, and then had friends join us for the rest of the week. There was ample space for all. What a great place to vacation!

This rental is really nice, on the Lake and private, private, private! We had a great vacation, took advantage of the many things to do around the home without having to get in a car. Boating, hiking, fishing, biking. We did it all. The home is well maintained and comfortable with lots of niceties. Roomy and the kids had great areas to play without having to be under their parents feet. A true vacation for us all.
