My apartment is located located at " Zhuwei " area in Danshui (also spelled as Tamsui ) Dist. New Taipei City, a 35-min. Metro ride from Taipei Main Train station. The nearest Metro station is " Zhuwei ", 2 stations from the terminal station " Danshui ".
Zhuwei is the major shopping area for the grant Danshui, Taipei. The apartment is located in the center of Zhuwei. The " Family Markt " is at ground floor of the apartment complex, and food shops, Cafe's, Pizzeria, Starbucks Coffee, boutiques, bookstores and many more small shops are all within 8 min walk. A 3 minutes walk to the bus station, 5-8 min walk to MRT station, and 20 min MRT ride will take you to the heart of Taipei city.

Rates include the followings:
1. Water
2. Electricity - free electricity per day 20 kWh (sufficient for normal usage). Electricity meter reading exceeds will be charged at NT$ 5 per kWh.

7. Free use of the facilities
8. The max. occupancy is 4 adults per apartment
9. Flat rate for week days, weekends and holidays
For booking, please note the followings :

1. In order to secure the booking, a deposit of at least NT$ 20,000 (or full amount for high season bookings), or full amount when the total rent is less than NT$20,000, shall be paid within 2 days of booking.
2. The outstanding balance shall be paid in full no later than one week before arrival.
3. We accept domestic payments in Taiwan, and EURO Countries in NT$, and EURO respectively without any fees. For payments from other countries, we only accept payments via Pay Pal (credit cards) with a fee of 4.5% per transaction in addition to the rental amount.
4. Deposit is non-refundable if quest cancel the booking for any reason or no-show. If the guest is unable to come for the booked dates, please notify us at least 8 weeks in advance to seek the possibility of changing the dates. If a change is not possible, the deposit will not be refunded.
5. Another NT$10,000 (or equivalent foreign currency) shall be paid in cash as the security deposit at the time of check-in. The deposit is refundable at quests' check-out.

It's an absolutely beautiful apartment to live, a perfect place for those people who travel around Damshui! It's a very new and clean and comfortable place which is so near MRT! We moved into this apartment after another one and we were so surprised to see the differences between those two! I strongly recommend this one to everyone!!!

It was nice apartment, nice and clean.like home..It outside taipei city but it was ok. Friendly owner and certainly recommend to friends in the near future.But did not get chance to use facility of apartment because need to requested security card to enter to gym and swimming pool only open during summer time.

My family of 4 stayed in this apartment for 6 days. The unit is small but cozy. Beds are warm and comfortable, we had quality sleep. The apartment has most of the things we need. Only one thing we dislike is the toilet, a liitle run down and has this unplesant smell. Apart from this issue, we really enjoyed our stay. Location is a little away from town but there is great view and many eateries. We explored the area and tried different food everyday. And we enjoyed the walk from the train station to the apartment.

Like all other reviews, this apartment is furnished, clean and in good size for family of four.
The location is also within walking distance to Family Mart, bus stop and subway station Zhuwei (approx. 10 mins walking).
The apartment provides free shuttle bus to Carrefour (Tianmu) everyday (takes approx. 40 mins one way).
The water pressure is not that strong and the apartment doesn't have basic kitchenware such as microwave, toaster and pots/ pans. Apart from that little thing, I'll still recommend this apartment for value of money. Thanks, Michelle. -

Friendly owner who is able to answer our quires. The apartment is very clean with adequate amenities and spacious enough for a couple with 2 kids. The kids loved the bedrooms at 2nd story. There are also lots of facilities available in the condominium, eg indoor swimming pool, library, movie screening theater, kids room etc.
The 10-15min walk to nearest MRT is the only think I liked least but it is not so bad during winter. -

It's safe, clean, modern, with wi-fi, love the apartment's layout and the location is quite convenient - a convenient store right next door, a hospital a couple of streets down, and about 10 minutes walk to the light rail station with tons of stores on the way. It would be a fun walk, just not during the summer months :)

-We are a couple from the USa, and had a nice stay here.
-Only one issue we had with air conditioning. The owner had it immediately addressed. She provided us a couple of fans to make things comfortable in the mean time.
-We were happy with the support services and amenities associated with renting this property. A gym, swimming pool and if one reads, a library is on site.
-The furnishings are suited for smaller people, but adequate.
-I will consider this rental again, if returning to Taiwan.

The apartment is great! Includes great facilities as well gym, pool,ktv room, movie theater, library, pool and ping pong tables...also very close from MRT station, and many restaurants and convenience stores in proximity. Me and my family had a very pleasant time and we would stay there again for sure...

We had two weeks stayed in this apartment. We were advice by Michelle taking the airport taxi directly to the apartment, as that was the quicker and cheaper way to arrival rather than travelled via Taipei city centre.
Michelle was kind and patience, she waited for our late check-in due to the luggage lost at the airport, and agreed to respond the call on our behalf when the airline rang to deliver the luggage.
The apartment is well established and cosy, it is suitable for couples or small families. It's about 40 minutes ride on the tube system to central, however the tube services are frequent, if you don't mind the journey between here to there, actually the location is in a better place, which avoiding the crowed and having the quieter environment. After the ride, there is also a 10 to 15 minutes' walk from the tube station to the apartment.
The apartment does not have oven or toaster, and Michelle did provide us a small/mini oven on our requested. Also according to the website, it does not mention to bring your own towels; thankfully, Michelle also provided us.
There are plenty of shops around, also a small night market is available on a daily basis just cross the street, outside the tube station, and you are able to find something to eat if you prefer not to cook during your stay.
What I like the best about this apartment is it stands out of the crowed, easy access to Danshuei, tones of outdoor activities to do if the weather is suitable. Despite the weather was not what we expected, everything went well.

The apartment was perfect. the location was awesome, the facilities within the apartment is awesome.
the sofa bed was alittle squeezy though, but it is still acceptable. the washing/dryer machine is also abit noisy if u are washing clothes at night.
otherwise, this place is really perfect. grace is very kind and prompt in extending help when needed..
i would definately come back again. -

A small but completely self sufficient apartment. Clean and well equipped. We stayed for 3 1/2 weeks with two little children and the space was never a problem. Mrt, 24h Family Mart, shops within walking distance. Playground was very useful for the kids. Check in and check out were a breeze. Many facilities in the building - gym, spa, swimming pool, playground, cinema, laundry room, library.
The only thing we felt negatively affected by was that the playground for the kids is closed in the mornings and the swimming pool actually is not operational in the winter season. But we took advantage of the spa on numerous occasions.
Michelle is a great host. From the first moment we got in touch with her everything was flawless. She replied via e-mail and Skype to all of our questions and enquiries. -

Michelle's apartment is very compact with all the essential necessity for home cooking, laundry, etc just like home. the apartment also come with great facility for indoor swimming pools , mini library, etc but our stay is too short to enjoy everything. only small concern is the location that need to take some times in travelling. but the hospitality of michelle and her family members were so warm and friendly that worth a million.

The apartment is very comfortable clean and safe. Very food for stay with family, and of course in solo travel.
About 10 - 15 minutes to MRT station walking with small children.
A free shuttle bus to "Carrefour" will stop in front of the apartment.
A convenience store "Family mart" is just in front of the apartment too.
This apartment also having self laundry machine at 1F, for a lot of laundry.
A play room for small children is also available at B1.
Very good for long stay in Taipei. -

We stayed at Michelle's apartment for 10 days. It was a great luxury place. It is very compact but perfect for a family. The location is right by MTR and the seaside town of Danshui is very nice and there is a great water park across the ferry called Formosa.
Great service from Michelle and good value. -

I'm a mother and I had to travel alone with my two girls age 5 and 7! This place is great for young children because of the indoor swimming pool and the in door play ground. My unit was right above the lobby so my girls can run in the house all they want without worring about downstairs resident. I would definitely stay here ago if I ever get to come back to Taiwan!!

With clear directions from Michelle we arrived after a 45 minutes drive from the airport. The apartment was very clean and we immediately felt comfortable. My wife especially appreciated the clean and spotless bathroom. And important for us Europeans: There even were a few 240 Volt outlets for European appliances (of course the apartment is normally equipped with the standard 110 Volt sockets).
The facilities are great. We used the indoor swimming pool and the gym as often as possible. It is great to relax there after a full day of sightseeing.
The apartment is only 5 minutes walk from the Underground Station. Lots of shops and food places around. Michelle provided us with suggestions what to do and what to see and most important how to get there.
We had a wonderful vacation in the apartement. We always felt very safe and very well taken care of. Needless to say that we would stay there again whenever we are in the Taipei area.
