I stayed at Lisa's apartment for a whole month and enjoyed my stay very much.
The apartment is very comfortable and clean and I absolutely love the interior. The location is great between Fuxing and Dunhua Rd. only a few minutes away from Daan Station.
There are some good restaurants nearby a supermarket and an interesting local market too.
When I go back to Teipeh for a longer period I will happily stay again at Lisa's apartment.She and Vincent are perfect landlords, if you need something they will be always helpful.

This apartment is located 5-6 minute's walk from the Technology Building MRT station. It is also close to shopping, restaurants, and a post office. The unit is equipped with excellent wi-fi service, cable television including HBO and CNN, and a small kitchen where you can prepare basic meals for yourself.
The unit is clean and in good repair. The bed is comfortable and the a/c is quiet yet effective. There is a small balcony where you can even get a glimpse of Taipei 101.
The entrance to the building is staffed 24/7 and elevators require pass cards, so the security is quite good.
The owner is highly responsive to questions and concerns, as few and as minor as they were. She made the deposit and payment process simple and easy.
I would definitely rent this unit again. I have already referred one of my colleagues to her website. -

It's hard to find a comfy place in Taipei to fulfill all the needs that a family with an one year old requires. The loft is spacious for 2 adults and 1 baby and provides enough room for our overloaded luggages. The apartment is safe, with 24 hour security guards and it's very clean. It's located at a very convenient location, with everything you need, including supermarkets, 7-11, and yummy restaurants in walking distances.
What I love the most -
1. The front entrance has 2-side ramps which makes rolling a stroller and lugguges so much easier.
2. The loft has a small functional kitchenette and a nice washer/dryer which is crucial when travelling with a baby.
3. The bathroom is roomy and has a drying unit so it won't be damp as most bathrooms in Taiwan are (which helps preventing mold growth)
Improvements-
1. I really wish the refrigerator has a full functioning freezer. I have made baby food and a freezer would help keeping the food fresher.
2. This winter has been especially cold and wet. It would help to install a aC/heating unit or have a portable heater for winters like this. I had to dress the baby in 3/4 layers to make sure he was warm enough at night.
3. I washed the bed sheets myself. I think bedsheets should be offered to change every 2 weeks, especially in the summertime.
Overall it was a pleasant experience. The landlord was responsive and helpful. Will definitely to stay there again!

The apartment is very clean and great location. The neighborhood is very safe and the building has great security. It was very easy to get to all the major attractions. The landlord (Lisa) was pleasant and helpful. She responded my questions and emails very quickly and provided anything extra I needed in the apartment. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Taiwan in the near future.

We stayed 15 nights and enjoyed the whole time we were there.Everything conceivable was supplied,well equipped kitchen with washing machine,etc.all the comforts of home.The king size bed was very comfortable,loads of storage space,large TV,DVD player and computer setup.The location is excellent and MRT is 5 minutes away but we used it mainly for the outlying districts.We found it more pleasant to walk to the surrounding districts and enjoy all Taipei has to offer and we are in our 70's!
Great balcony and views,24 hour front desk and with everyone connected to the Loft extremely pleasant.Our son who has lived the past 20 years in Taipei was most impressed with the Loft.

The service was just fantastic. Lisa & Vincent helped us arrange rides from and to the airport, on time. They even checked with the driver to ensure everything goes smoothly. They are very polite & handled every detail professionally; provided personal services all throughout our trip. The apartment is very clean and pleasant. There are slippers, umbrellas provided, even oil & soy sauce in the kitchen. It was indeed a home away from home; and was like seeing our family members, full of warmth & comfort. It is prime location, with convenient public transportation, eating places & hair salon within the block, the market is around the corner, Shangrila Hotel & a wonderful bread baking store 2 blocks away. We are frequent travelers, staying in hotels & time-shared resorts, we feel this is our best & memorable experience. We highly recommend whoever wanting to visit Taipei to stay at the place. Lisa´s loft is a space where one feels good everytime. The loft is light from morning to evening, spacious and elegantly decorated with modern furnishings.
It´s a good place where you feel very comfortable since you arrive. Also, the bed is very comfortable for rest and also from the balcony you can see the sunset with Taipei 101 on your right hand!
The owner, Lisa, is charming, worries that the guests be comfortable for anything that she can help.
I had travel to Taipei for work and vacation and I chose this Loft for the location and comfort, also excellent internet connection.
If I return to Taipei soon i would like to repeat.

We rented a two-bedroom loft from Lisa and Daniel in the same building for one week while visiting Taipei. It was a compact unit but the design was amazingly efficient and had everything one needs while traveling, including washer and dryer.
One feature it was missing was a more convenient dining table, but since we planned to explore the local food, the only meals we had sometimes at home were breakfasts. So it wasn't a big deal after all. The loft had two sleeping areas but because it is an open space, I would not recommend it for more than one couple, possibly with a kid.
The apartment was very clean and in modern style. Lisa and Daniel accommodated all our requests.
The location is great - in a walking distance from MRT and there is a market right behind the building and 7-11 and bakery on the same street. -

This is a delightful "home away from home" in a great area of Taipei. Vincent and Lisa made us and our four year-old feel very welcome indeed. After a full day's activities, it was nice returning to this apartment.
Our favourite memory is of taking afternoon tea on the balcony. The kitchenette is useful and we ate in a lot; the "yellow restaurant" opposite across the Da'an Rd intersection was a godsend when we were too tired to cook in the apartment. We slept well in this apartment - very quiet and safe. The toilet is a Japanese fully-automated model!
The apartment block has a roof garden, as well as ground floor garden. Coffee machine in internet lounge. Concierge staff were very pleasant and helpful. Useful shops nearby (Family Store, etc).
Close to MRT train. We found a small outdoor playground at the next-door apartment area. A pleasant ten minute walk to Da'an Park (large playground).
Vincent was prompt, helpful and, on check-out, even waited with us until our transport to the airport arrived. Had a nice follow-up email from Lisa on our return.
Can't really think of any negatives at all. Very highly recommended. This is a special place. -

Lisa and Vincent are running a first class property management business.
Everything from booking a room, to checking in and asking for pointers about the local area were handled in an extremely professional and courteous manner.
The condo is exactly as it appears in the pictures, no lighting tricks, no bait and switch. The size is ideal for 1 to 2 people. Closet and storage space are great! The building is new, clean and very modern ~ best of all, the apartment is located at the end of the hall so it's always quiet. You will never hear your neighbors or the elevator.
The security in the building is also very good, you won't worry one bit if you lock up and take a weekend trip out of town. I've rented from a bunch of different landlords in Taipei and visited many other local rental properties - this is definitely one of the best.
Transportation hubs, restaurants, convenience stores, banking, laundry (dry cleaning) and even night spots are all within a 10 minute walk. The apartment is on a smaller connecting road in between 2 major roads. You can enjoy all of the convenience of being close to major transportation arteries while at the same time avoiding the noise and hustle normally associated with living on a major road.
This is a great spot to live if you are coming to Taipei to study, work or spend time with friends and family.

We were extremely happy with the service rendered by Lisa and Vincent. Lisa really goes the extra miles eg: ensuring the transportation is ok, finding information , her valuable assistance in getting things done plus making our stay excellent !
The apartment is just simply great and we love it!
Location is good where a few convenience stores around, a number of good eateries, the MRT is about 10 minutes walk away.
Will stay there again for our future visits at Taipei.

I find the Loft to be just right for a single traveler like myself to stay in Taipei during my regular visits to my parent. A few things that caught my eyes:
- a very contemporary looking couch with leather pillow cases that is both functional and nice to look at
- a nice patio with a small table and stools overlooking the neighborhood from 8F. I was able to see far enough towards the northern end of the city on a clear day. That is pretty amazing.
- the jet tub and the fancy electric push button toilet is definitely a thing you don't often find in a hotel room. The entire bathroom is nicely done and has the finishing that is probably only seen in the multi-million dollar homes in us.
Lisa and Vincent are both courteous to me and treated me very nice from booking, check-in to check-out. I'm a landloard myself so I know the differences and Lisa is definitely in my league of professionals.

Our week-long trip to Taipei was fantastic and staying in this apartment helped make it so. My wife and I stayed here along with our friend, who slept in the upstairs loft area while we took the bed downstairs. Even with the unit's open layout, the design of the apartment enabled the three of us to have all the privacy we needed. The design also utilized space for storage very well. We loved the modern decor and the balcony overlooking the street below. The neighborhood is very safe and there's somebody at the security desk 24 hour a day.
The process to rent this apartment as well as the check in went very smooth. Lisa was accommodating and any apprehension we had about renting an apartment in a foreign country was eased by her professionalism.
The apartment is within walking distance of the MRT, which was another one of our favorite things about Taipei. Renting this apartment helped us feel more acclimated to the city as opposed to staying in a hotel. I highly recommend this place. -

Never have I ever been so pleasantly surprised by a short stay anywhere I have been. Great location, street that sells Teo Chew night snack till 3-4am. Great comfortable, 3 of us lived there for a week and we have enough space and storage for each of us. Modern facilities within the building and in the apartment, most important for me the high speed wireless connection. The fun toilet, yes, fun! Experience it for yourself. A little secret I found out, Siao S, my fav TV host have her foot massage near by on a regular basis...I was in the same shop. I will certain scout her out next time I stay!
I was fortunate that a friend loves to hover, so no complains about cleanliness. : P -

I was very well impressed not only with the apartment itself, but specially the attention and help that Lisa provided even before the arrival. The location is very convenient, near a subway station, lots of taxis passing by all the time as well as convenience stores. I specially recommend the coffee from the nearby seven eleven for those who don't want to spend time preparing their own breakfast.

stayed 18 days in this cute small 1br apartment. location is the great, with easy access to almost everywhere. apartment is located on the top floor of the building, thus get quite warm in a hot day, air conditioning do help a great deal. inevitably, the noise coming from the street can be a minor concern during the night, which can be avoided with windows closed (and aC on). The apartment is very new with everything included, functional kitchen, TV,DVD,Wifi internet, toaster, stove (a Microwave would be nice), jacuzzi tub, a fully automatic toilet is a god-send, make once wanting to sit on it longer... Highly recommend for couple who can sleep on the same queen size bed. It also have a divider where one person can sleep, suitable for couple who wish have their own bed. the building has good security, with guard in the lobby and elevator key access required. Overall a very good rating is well deserved.

We loved this place, the location nears all major attractions, my relatives in Taipei come to visit us, and everyone agrees this is the great place to stay.
