We stayed over a long weekend in this place and it was just perfect for us. We were a group of buddies looking for an affordable, big enough, easily-accessible location in Taipei and that worked just great.
Having a pick up at the airport was definitely a big plus, and the owner is really kind with a good English. He even arranged a driver for us to drive us out of Taipei at a good price, which was really nice and convenient. -

Uncle Lee is very friendly, polite and helpful during our stay in taipei.My parents and i reach taipei in different timing. With uncle lee's free pick up service to fetch my parents from airport, i no need to wait whole day in airport or rush to airport again to pick up my parents. The apartment is clean and fully renovated. We have what we need in the house including washing machine to wash our new bought cloths before we wear it! :) the only comment is we unable to find a fan in bedroom. however, since it is cold weather during our stay, we do not make additional request for fan. the location is convinient. night market is just 3 minutes away from the apartment and mrt is jz opposite the night market! Uncle lee is fast response to our demand and questions. he also provide day tour service with reasonable charge. thanks for uncle lee, my family and i enjoyed our stay in taipei! We will definately go back to uncle lee for our next trip to taipei!

We reserved Mr. Lee's 3-bedroom condominium unit last December 2012. There were six of us who visited Taipei and I contacted Mr Lee here via flipkey.
He was very quick to respond (and his English is pretty good as well as we were able to communicate effectively via email). I will send him an inquiry and he responds after an hour or so.
When we arrived in Taipei, Mr. Lee fetched us at the airport (for free!). And the condo unit that we rented exceeded our expectations! The unit was very clean, the rooms were big, and the beds are good. Thanks to his unit, we had a very good experience celebrating the 2013 countdown in Taipei. I also need to say that the location is also good since it's near the subway (about 10-min walk although there are many cabs as well for only NTD 70), and best of all, there's a big Carrefour near the condo!
I will definitely recommend Lee's place to anyone who wants to visit Taipei =)
