my family and i (all of us 8 ppl) was here end of march 2013. the place was absolutely clean, ease to travel around and lots of convenient store around. you won't be hungry at night as there is a 24 hour sushi stall, mcdonald and hong kong restaurant nearby. Mrt station is just downstairs making you more comfortable to travel as you won't get lost. The owner is nice, friendly and available to help with just a phone call. Very reasonable price and is a preferable stay for families.

We were here for 5 days to attend a wedding reception. We liked the fact that this apt is at the prime location of Taipei and the subway just few steps away. Shops, major department stores, and all sorts of restaurants are all within walking distance. We were particularly glad for finding a great hair salon right at the 4th floor.
Owner Karen and her husband came daily to clean the apt. With a very reasonable price, they did our laundry and returned it the very next day. Karen was very nice and friendly. She has no problem to accommodate our few requests which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Apt equipped with all the daily necessities. No drawer to put the clothing's away is a bit of con. However, if you are looking for a clean room and a comfortable bed, this apt is perfect for you.Response from GT Apt - 05/05/2013

Just excellent in every category. The place is near MRT Zhongxiao Dun hua and the apartment is very wonderful. The facilities are complete with aC, Wifi, toiletries, towels, coffee etc. very close to MRT station as it is just below the apartment. We had a great 7 nights here with no complaints.

Karen is very helpful.caring & patient! She gave us a Taipei phone for convenience or emergency purposes! All necessities are provided ! Clubbing, food & bar are just a foot away ! There's also laundry services for only NTD 100 ! The place is very comfortable & homey ! Love it !! Recommended !!! :D -

The location was great, interesting area and right next to MRT.
The apartment was clean, had everything we needed and reasonable price.
Owner was very friendly and helpful.
There was quite a lot of noise from the street going quite late into the night, but you are quite high up so not a real problem.

Karen was very prompt in my correspondence to her and provided a detailed map of how to get to the apartment from Zhongxiao Dunhua station. The apartment is just 2 minutes walk from the MRT station. Do take exit no. 7 if you have luggages there is a lift available, exit 1 is through a staircase.
The apartment was clean and though slightly small, was sufficient for us. Items such as facial wash, shampoo, conditioner, in-room slippers were provided. Guests could use the microwave and kettle located outside the common area.
Overall, this is a good place to stay in Taipei. -

So glad I have found this place right next to the train station. There were shops like Watson nearby which provided the convenience when we need toiletries or any emergency items. Actually there is no need to buy any as the apartment had toiletries provided including towels. To me that is as good as staying in hotel but cheaper! I will certainly return to this apartment if i do visit this place again.
