  I stayed from 24 - 29 March 2013 with my wife and daughter. It felt like staying at Orchard Road with all shopping malls, underground mall in front of us and and Chinatown shops behind our apartment. Exit 1 of Zhongxiao Dunhua mrt station is right in front of our apartment. Sogo malls is 10 minutes walk towards Zhongxiao Fuxing mrt station. Hundreds of eatery,cafe and restaurants surround this place.
  Facilities in apartment are correct as stated. Karen was also thoughtful to have masking tape, plastic bags for rubbish/dirty clothings and strings available for use without charges. I tried to pay her but she refused.

  Awesome Location

  I was very lucky to manage to get this apartment just 1 week before our arrival, especially during this holiday seasons where all the hotels are fully booked. We regularly visit Taiwan thus this time we wanted to rent an apartment, to try living like real tw citizens. Laffs!
  
  Anyways, firstly must thank Karen, who is a very friendly and helpful host. She told us where we could get authentic tw breakfast ard the area. We managed to find and tried. Was really nice of her.
  
  The pictures shown are exactly how it looks like in reality. Location was excellent since the exit to the MRT station is just at your doorstep. Taxis are easily available at the entrance too. There are many places to shop and restaurants to have your meals just within walking distance. And despite the busy streets, it was quiet at night so you can have a good night rest with no disturbance.

  Wonderful apartment at a convenient location

  Firstly I would like to say Karen is a very friendly and helpful host. As we arrived at Taipei quite early, she allowed us to check in early if the units are empty (fortunately they are). She provided quite alot of information regarding the surroundings. Secondly the apartments (we booked a 2 bedroom unit and a 1 bedroom unit) are clean and comfortable. The design is nice and contemporary. We had a very good stay during our one week in Taipei. In the two bedroom unit, there are washing machine and clothes dryer which are very useful to us. I would definitely recommend my friends to stay there in future. On the downside, although Zhongxiao Dunhua has alot of restaurants and cafes around, some are even 24 hours, there are no breakfast shop in the vicinity which serve items like ??, etc.

  I enjoyed a lot my stay in Taipei although I stayed only 1 night.
  Karen's directions were very clear and I could find easily the apartment.
  I came by bus easily from the airport and then took a taxi as I had luggage.
  You should consider 1,5 hours from the airport to reach the city center.
  
  The apartment is very clean and big enough for 3 people.
  I felt at home there.
  There are my stores around, including 7-11 5 minutes away.
  
  I would stay there again if I go in Taipei.
