CanadaBeautiful home, fantastic location, incredibly friendly staff
Left on 02/04/2011 for a stay in January 2011
My parents and my partner stayed at Casa Milagro for 2 weeks in January 2011. We were impressed by the service offered by RPM (flexible check in, assistance with the safety deposit box) and the staff at the home (the housekeeper even cooked delicious Costa Rican food and made fresh fruit drinks for us!). We also loved the home -- it was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We felt safe with the security guards and fences. It was also steps from the middle of Tamarindo, which was convenient! Some parts of town and a small part of the walkway from the house to the beach were a bit smelly (sewery), which was not a big deal in the grand scheme of our experience. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would certainly go back and have recommended this property to friends! We are appreciative of Costa Rican hospitality and the beauty this country and property had to offer!

Casa Milagro was perfect for our stay in Tamarindo. The house was situated on the edge of town (Langosta side) with private access to the beach. We were close enough to all the bars/restaurants without being in the middle of it. Our housekeeper was excellent and offered to cook for us a couple of evenings. Those were some of the best meals we had in Costa Rica. Would recommend Casa Milagro any time for a group of friends or for a family. The only downside was that we received only two sets of keys for our party of six adults and many of the doors (bedrooms, main house, property gate, etc.) required a separate key for entry. We had to plan carefully on who had keys, etc.

Our young adult kids stayed here. They loved Myra. Also, the gardener made them insect sculptures from fronds. They enjoyed practicing their Spanish with them. It was a very positive experience.

Casa Milagro is one of the best places I have ever stayed. When we were sitting by the pool in the back yard you could hear no noise outside the property. It was like your own little (it's not little at all) oasis. The service provided by the onsite staff was fantastic. I would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Tamarindo.
