Good Price. Great location; close to everything: grocery store, banks, cafes, restaurants, gift shops & beach. Good service; check in/out with ease. Quick to respond; coffee maker didn't work upon arrival, had new replacement within a couple of days. Replaced the fridge with a brand new one while we were there. Great to have the use of laundry facilities (washer & dryer). Condo is spacious; good kitchen counter space, large bedroom. Furniture nice, but need bigger, softer mattress for bed. Need a closet or even a rack to hang clothes. Need to keep up on repairs/maintenance. Advertised free WiFi, but did not work when we first arrived. Worked for most of our stay, but not always (I think we were only hooked up to another resident). Condo smells musty, mouldy due to high humidity and being close to beach. New management painted things in common areas, such as garbage cans and hole covers and kept property and pool area clean; hose down each day, and regular gardening.

Everyone at hidden Coast realty went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. When we arrived there was a crib set up for my daughter and the apartment was neat, clean and well equiped. The apartment and the grounds were beautiful and well kept. There is a lovely pool with showers and plenty of deck chairs to sunbathe We were within walking distance of anything and everything that we needed. Tamarindo is a perfect combination of quaint and convenient. I highly recomend renting from Hidden Coast Realty.
