We have a spacious and luxurious penthouse home with 3 large bedrooms (all Q beds) with private bathrooms, 2600 sq ft of living space, a fully equipped kitchen, and 3 relaxing balconies within a gated/guarded environment & private parking. The entire house has tongue and grove wooden ceilings, tile throughout & a laundry room in the unit. This was our second year staying at La Buena Vida during Christmas week and we have already booked our third stay. The location is the perfect spot! Everything is within a leisurely walk - great restaurants, bakeries, supermarket, shopping, and, of course, the beach. In addition to the great location, the spaciousness of the condo with its open floor plan, well equipped kitchen, 3 large bedrooms, each with ensuite full baths, is second to none. The front patio provided a comfortable setting for morning coffee while the side patio, with it hammock, was a relaxing spot for an afternoon rest. The owner has always been easily accessible, accommodating, and follows up to make sure that everything is in place upon arrival. We are looking forward to our next stay.

5 of us from Jax, FL stayed 1-wk in the penthouse. It was HUGE! It's nicely
furnished with all the bells & whistles & well stoked! It had a washer/dryer, big
screen TV, DVD, Playstation, beach towels & even a surf board & boggie
boards. The complex is gated with a private pool & very well kept. It's walking
distance to everything, so we didn't even use our car, unless we were
exploring other areas. We loved our stay & will be back!
