Clean, nice 2-store townhouses, lots of room. Parking along the street, gravel pathways inside.
Watch your car while in Tamarindo, even when parking at auto Merkado, we left for a 5-min shopping and the lock was already broken despite two guards on the area.

I stayed here with 4 others in June. It was very reasonably priced and the location is in a quiet spot, only a short walk from the beach and all the local hot-spots. Club aqua was really cool and the little surfer restaraunt, BBQ, had great food, service, and a cool atmosphere. At the kondo, I really enjoyed the patio area, the hammock and the pool. The house itself had all the necessities, but there was no aC unit on the first floor, so someone had to brave the heat each night. Also, the fan that was provided on the first floor was broken and wouldn't rotate. The TV was kind of crappy, but then again, you aren't going there to watch TV. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. The other poeple staying in the neighboring condos were really nice and the ones who lived there were very hepful. Watching the howler monkeys around 5 o'clock was quite a treat too!

The condo was very pleasant and very centrally located in Tamarindo. A ten minute walk to the shops or the beach. The place was very clean and the grounds where beautiful. I woulddefinitly stay there again.
