Luxury condo located in the exclusive Tamarindo Preserve development. The Ibis condos consist of only ten units on three floors across the street from the world famous Tamarindo Beach. Our 1500 square foot unit has ocean views from all three balconies. The Pacific Ocean is less than 100 meters from the front door.
This condo was designed with luxury in mind. The full kitchen is appointed with stainless steel GE Profile appliances, including gas range. Our condo is located on the road to Langosta. We are a five minute walk to the central district of Tamarindo. We are located directly across the street from the Langosta Beach Club. Our guests are able to walk to the city center of Tamarindo and enjoy all of the restaurants it has to offer. We provide a gated, secure parking lot for our guests. Upon request, we can arrange airport transfers, shuttles, and rental cars.

Very nice condo well decorated. Only disadvantage as the road noise in front bedroom but worth Putting with. The swim beach area nice except for the lady harassing us about wrist bands. I didn't want to be walking around the town ith a wrist band. this was my 3rd time renting here would rent again

This condo is the perfect place to stay when visiting Tamarindo. It is located an easy 5 minute walk out of town which is perfect. You still have easy access to all of the restaurants etc. but you are away from all of the hustle and bustle of the town. The beach club is also fantastic! Located right across the street makes it a quick trip to the beach, and a quick trip back if you forget something. The chairs are comfortable, the atmosphere is relaxing, cold drinks and food are readily available and there is lots of shady beach area to enjoy, or you can be right out in the sun. The beach and ocean are great for swimming, or if you prefer, there is a beautiful pool right there for you to use. The beach club also has a lovely fully equipped gym and yoga studio for you to use. The condo itself is beautiful. It has everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. It was very clean and had many small touches(flowers etc.) that reminded you that you were on a tropical vacation. The furniture is plentiful and comfortable and the condo also felt very secure. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for a week from the 21-28th and couldn't have been happier. The condo itself is really nice, so comfortable and clean. We loved that everything was within walking distance. The road out front was a bit dusty but I'm thinking that was due to it being the end of the dry season. Bob was great, always willing to answer questions or take us to the supermarket. All his suggestions for food and excursions were excellent. And the beach club across the street was amazing. Beautiful infinity pool, great gym & excellent food. Some of the tastiest meals we had were at the beach club! And everyone was very friendly. We loved that the beach was so close by too. Loved all the plants and wildlife. Amazing sunsets and night skies!! It was our favorite vacation so far. We will definitely be coming back! We miss it too much... :-)

The condo is located directly by the dirt road with windows facing this road. All day there is a traffic that generates a lot of noise and after vehicle passing by a dust is flying everywhere. So, seating on the balcony is not an option. The buses and other vehicles will wake you up at 5AM !!! If you look for a quiet and relaxing place to stay, definitely this is not the right one.

We have replaced all exterior doors with new, custom built double pane, sealed doors. The new doors seal out the outside elements, eliminating the dust, noise and humidity that the previous doors allowed in.

This was our first renting a condo instead of staying in a hotel/resort. We really liked it and the fact that this particular condo was so nice, made a big difference. The location is great, closest enough to town to be convenient but also very private feeling. Security was top notch. The condo was nicely decorated with all of the comforts of home. The kitchen was set up very well, making cooking fairly easy. But there are a number of great restaurants in the area as well. Bob Wilson, the on-site manager, is an excellent source of recommendations for restaurants as well as other activities - he also can make reservations for you.
Directly across the street is the beach club that renters/homeowners are entitled to use, the cost is included in the rental rate. The club had excellent food and the atmosphere was perfect.
If you don't have a car, that shouldn't be a problem. Town is a nice 10 minute walk and taxis seem to be abundant. The locals are friendly but not imposing.
We would not hesitate returning to Ibis and look forward to it! -

This place has everything! Relaxing place to stay, just walk across the street for yoga, workout room, great pool and cabanas, not to mention the beach.The beach was wonderful, you can walk in each direction for beautiful views and the sunset is fantastic.
The condo was great, again everything that you need. Big kitchen and 2 large bedrooms and baths. It has all the utensils that you need and a grocery store within walking distance.
Actually everything is within walking distance, great places to eat, night life, everything for everyone. We went on a kayak trip that was awesome! Saw a few crocodiles and the view was wonderful. A little disappointed that we did not see any toucans, I guess they are on the other side. There are all kinds or tours and activities. So if you like activity or just want to relax, this is definitely the place. I highly recommend it!!
