We can not say enough about the amazing accomadations @ The Warriner's condo. It felt very homey & comfortable. The building was well maintained & the pool & patio area were always clean. The convenience of the grill was a bonus. Some nights we just wanted to relax & eat @ "home". The other owners were very friendly as well. The location was amazing...private & convenient to restaurants, beaches & the shopping town. Highly recommendable. We would definelty revisit.
"Pura Vida" as the locals say...translates into "good life" or "

Lovely accommodations with all the amenities that anyone would ever need. All the comforts of home in a luxurious and tropical setting. Large and spacious rooms that are tastefully decorated with plenty of room to move around and lots of closet space. The balconies provide a spectacular view of sunrise and sunset along with being able to see local birds and wildlife while you drink your coffee or sip a cocktail. We spent a great deal of time on the front balcony during our stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. Everything is clean, orderly and well maintained. The Pool and Hot Tub are well kept and the space also provides a sitting area and a BBQ grilling area. Perfect for grilling whatever you catch while fishing the Pacific. The location of the property is ideal, 5 minute walk to the beach in Langosta or if you are seeking a more lively crowd you can take a quick taxi ride to downtown Tamarindo(15 min.walk) where there is plenty of shopping, eateries and places to arrange for excursions. Each beach we visited had is own personality and all were equally fabulous. Donna provided us with an FaQ packet which contained essential info. we would need while visiting Costa Rica. She and Steve were extremely helpful. Overall, I cannot say that there was anything that we did not enjoy about our stay. The accommodations were amazing, the locals were friendly and helpful, and excursions we took were all superior. The thing I liked least...having to come home! We are already thinking about our next visit to Costa Rica...Pura Vida!

The facility is located exactly where we wanted... walking distance to the beach and and town. We felt like we had the whole complex to ourselves as it was very quiet. The condo was nicely appointed and we had what we needed to prepare meals. We especially enjoyed taking different routes to the beach each day and also walking to small markets close by for fresh fruits and veggies. They have an elevator but I preferred to walk the steps. I need all the exercise I can get at this age. If I have any complaint it is that our stay was too short.

Because I had difficulty walking on uneven ground, (I just had foot surgery to connect the tendons & ralign my heel) I found the beach at Brazalito was perfect for my needs. The food was fantastic and where else can you eat where everything is open air instead of enclosed? It is absolutely beautiful! Bring plenty of case because some restaurants will not accept credit cards. There is plenty to do especially for the teens. They went zip-lining, 4 wheeling, golfed and mostly surfed. The weather at this time of year is perfect; it was sunny, 80 degrees with a gentle breeze. It truly is a tropical paradise.

We were referred to the Naxos through friends who had stayed there before. It was wonderful how beautiful and fully equipped the condo was. All of the necessities were present, plus some extras. If you are looking to "rough it”, this is not your place. It was very comfortable to retreat to after a long day of surfing and hanging out at the [very close] beach. From beach chairs, to beach towels, to fishing poles, it all there! In addition, the two balconies offered the most amazing view. We didn't use the guest bedroom, but we now know that next time there will be plenty of space for guests. Thank you Warriner family, we had a blast!

My family stayed 10 nights and enjoyed surfing lessons, spa treatments and the beach at playa conchal the most. Playa Langosta was too rocky nearest the condo with no waves.Playa Tamarindo was bit too busy with constant peddlers so we were very pleased to discover playa conchal. The pool at the condo was used by my children and it would have been nice to be able to use the gas barbeques but the gas was not replaced during our stay. The condo itself was well equipped and easy to use. A hire car is essential to any stay in the area as rather difficult to walk on unpaved roads, especially at night. The local restaurants were fine, not as some reviewer rated in the same category as London /NY ones but with variety.

A really nice condo in a great beach town. There is just enough to do in Tamarindo without it being too comercialized. Lots of great restaurants and a very nice beach. Easily accessible to other great beaches by car. Condo is new, nicely decorated and well maintained with caring owners.
