Welcome to Diria #205 at the newer Cenizaro building at the Diria Resort. With over 1,500 SF of living area, there is plenty of room for your group to spread out and relax in this beautiful 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo. This is a new unit with brand new furniture, appliances and electronics. The condo amenities include a 50” LED TV in the family room and 32” LED TV’s in both bedrooms, cable TV, high speed WiFi, phone and central A/C. Both bedrooms are very spacious and have their own private full bathroom and there is also a 3rd half bathroom. Master Bedroom has a King bed and guest bedroom has two full sized beds. There is also a... full sized sofa bed in the living room. The utility room is equipped with your own private washer/dryer. The kitchen features custom wood cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.

This condo is unique from the other units in the fact that it is on the second floor with a private balcony area and also includes its own semi-private outdoor garden. This garden area offers you outdoor seating to enjoy the sun and views of the surrounding gardens and 10,000 square foot, free form pool and swim up bar.   Becky and all of the guys up at Blue Water Properties were awesome. I had never been to Costa Rica so it made me feel so much better when Becky was referred to me by a good friend from the States who's been there many times and uses Becky---she came highly recommended. I was not disappointed.

  We just returned from this very nice condo in Tamarindo, CR. The unit is located on the 2nd floor with direct entry from the parking lot, so there are not any stairs to climb. The moment we walked into the unit we were amazed by the beautiful view of Playa Tamarindo! This condo hosts amazing views of the beaches from the living/kitchen and bedroom areas. Special moments were spent with family enjoying the spectacular views and the sunsets on the main balcony that is equipped with a large table. It was a perfect spot for dinning. We spent most of our time on the balcony if we were in the condo. The unit is very clean and well supplied with all the amenities of home. There are 2 flat screen T.V.'s, DVD player, ihome, cable and Wifi. Everything was at our finger tips. Plenty of towels(including beach), linens, pillows, cookware, etc... The mattresses were very comfortable and we slept very well due to the black out shades in all the bedrooms. A highlight of our trip was waking up every morning in the master bedroom with a sliding glass door to the most beautiful unobstructed view of Playa Tamarindo, Playa Grande, and the estuary. The Master balcony is nicely equipped with table and chairs which are great for enjoying your morning coffee. The pool and grounds are very well kept and are absolutely beautiful. It was great that we had the option of enjoying the pool or walking to the beaches and town. We did not have a car and there was absolutely no need for one. We walked everywhere and felt safe and secure the entire trip. We even saw a monkey in one of the trees not far from the complex. The complex is small and quite. There is a security gate that you must drive through to enter the complex and a gate for those traveling on foot. We would absolutely rent this unit again and are talking about a return trip this holiday season!
