Casa Iguana is a private paradise with a perfect location in the center of Tamarindo. Everything you need is just a short walk away, including: the beautiful beach, great restaurants and shopping. It is perfect get away for couples or families, has a complete kitchen with stainless steal appliances and marble counter tops, living room with flat screen T.V, master bedroom with king size bed, second bedroom with a queen sized bed and a single bed, master bathroom and 1/2 bath, outdoor rancho with BBQ and pool. Enjoy A/C, hot water, TV, DVD, CD player, laundry service and maid service.

My wife and I just stayed at Casa Iguana last week. The place is just as nice as the pictures show but what really sets it apart is the location and the service. Megan was always available and helped set us up with our surf gear, an excursion we went on ( boat trip on the Hibiscus with Captain Judd, highly recommended )and also gave us the scoop on some places to eat & things to see. The apartment is on the way out of town to Playa Langosta so you are away from the crowds right in town but a 5 minute walk if you want to go. The apartment is behind a great bar/restaurant ( Kahiki ). Best breakfast burrito you'll ever have when Geore has the day staff in. At night Luke takes over and there is good music and great food. ( 2 tacos & a beer is $6.00,great deal, great food ! )
All I can say is that we will most certainly be back !

I am so glad to hear you guys had a great time. The surf died off right after you left so you came at the right time. Hope you are adjusting to being back home, and surfing in a wet suit : ( Please come back and visit again.

Stayed in this lovely condo in Dec 2011 and it was awesome! 5 mins from the beach. Easy access to come and go. Right next to Kahiki Restaurant so it felt very secure. There was always someone around incase you had questions but at the same time very private. It's almost like you were in a hide out, this lovely location is tucked away where you wouldn't even think it existed. I definitely suggest checking it out!

My husband and I stayed there with some friends for a little less than two weeks and loved it. The unit looks like it's about a year old and had all the comforts of home. It had new furniture, granite counter tops, tile floors and a walk in shower. The courtyard in front of the unit is a great place to read in the morning or at dusk. They even have a barbecue.
It's on the main drag a five minute walk from shopping, dining and the beach. It's also in the same small complex as Kahiki Restaurant. Nothing beats walking out our front door across the courtyard for breakfast or a beer to watch the NFL playoffs on the restaurants flat screen Tv's.
My brother decided to go to Tamarindo the same time as us and his family and ended up spending at least triple what we did for a place I didn't like as much. -

What a great place to relax and get away from it all. Staff is wonderful and caters to whatever you need. Decorated in luxury style. Can't wait to go back!!!
