Casa Sol Mar is a modern 3 bed, 2 full bath condo, located directly opposite the main beach in the center of Tamarindo, right amongst the restaurants and shops.
The condo is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with all appliances and comfortable furniture. There is 3 televisions as well as wireless internet for your entertainment.
The complex is gated and has 24-hour security, there is also security parking.
Sunrise Condos has one of the largest pools in the area with a shallow section for children.
We supply a once weekly maid service but more is available.

Sunrise Condominiums are directly opposite the main beach in Tamarindo, it is a 2 minute walk from the condo to the beach.
As Tamarindo is a small village, everything is within a 10 minute walk, except the largest supermarket which is a 15 minute walk.
The condo complex has 24 hour security and security parking.

We stayed in this great Condo in late December for a week and had the most amazing time. The condo is beautiful kept in a great location that cannot be beat in Tamarindo. The condo was so comfortable by the end of the week we felt like we were home. The house is well equipped with everything you would need. Richard made everything easy for us with the booking and Jonathan, the manager, made sure our time there was smooth even booking transportation from the airport. The pool was perfect to take a swim. The property was very secure with security guards present all the time. We are definitely going back and look forward to booking this lovely condo. If you are looking for a relaxed place to stay for a few nights you cannot go wrong with this great condo!

we had the best time the condo was excellent the pool was great, the people there were great. Jonathan the property manager took care of all are needs,my grandson and nephew surf every day the love it the shops in front of the condo make it easy for the wife to go shopping
what she does best haha.Everything is 5 min walk 5min drive to the supermarket.and the best a walk across the st, to the beach'.

The complex and condo are beautiful. The location alone garnered five stars. We stayed in Tamarindo for three days and this was the highlight of our trip to Costa Rica. We were steps away from the beach and in the center of everything. The complex has security and secured parking although a rental car isn't needed. We were surrounded by clubs and restaurants but our condo wasn't noisy at all. It was refreshing being in the area. The restaurants were pretty modern and there was a great smoothie shop next to the condo. The pool in the complex was really nice too. The condo was a 3/2. There was a washer and dryer and balcony with a view of the pool. We had towels but bring your own washcloths. The bed in the master was huge and comfortable but I believe the other two beds were full size. We got rained in a bit and so the wonderful DVD collection was a plus. The complex does have wifi. We felt safe walking around town and it was a bonus walking across to the beach in the morning and laying out. Thank you so much Richard for allowing strangers into your world to enjoy a bit of paradise. It was truly a great deal and we would definitely stay here again if we return.

Thank you Kris for the kind words, all the things you mention are exactly why we bought the condo in the first place. Ainsley and I both work off shore so Tamarindo has become our home for a few months of the year. Luckily for our guests we only use the condo in the rainy season as thats when we have the time, so our guests get to use the condo at the best times of the year.

Had a great time with my Husband and another couple, the condo was larger than I expected so there was plenty of space for us. The condo had everything we needed for our holiday from cooking utensils to bedding and towels. The pool area was huge and was not that busy, even thought most days we walked across the street to the fabulous beach. The sunrise complex was in the center of Tamarindo so we could either choose a restaurant right out front, a minute away or walk 10 minutes to the furthest one. We didn't even need a car but there was security parking anyway. We felt very safe as the complex had security 24/7. When we return to Tamarindo we will certainly be contacting Richard and ainsley again to rent their condo.
