Located in Tamarindo Beach, one of the most beautiful and exciting beaches in Costa Rica. This 1,250 sq ft condo for 5 persons is fully furnished in a balinese style, with all the appliances for your convenience. It has two bedrooms with bathroom and walking closet, integrated living, dinning and kitchen with full A/C. A private balcony add a relaxed space with a nice view to the swimming pool and the balinese pond. The condo has a parking spot at the basement.

At just one block from the beach and surrounded for all you need to have a great vacation: restaurants, supermarket, rental equipments for aquatic sports (surf, jet sky, snorkel) and yatch or sailing tours as well. Tamarindo is one of the most exciting beaches where you can do surfing (or take lessons to learn) and live a relaxed style. The most well known rent a car agencies are in the town, so you can easily get in and move around. Also there are different tour agencies where you can make a tour to the different best spots in Guanacaste.

We stayed at Bocaraca Condos last December. The two of us adults plus a 7 year old. We had the time of our lives. Location, location!!! Bocaraca Condos are located just off the main strip which gurantees peace and quiet while at the same time providing easy access to the beach and to any of the many good restaurants and bars in Tamarindo. The condo is state of the art with all the ammenities you might possibly need. The bedroooms are spacious and comfortable with walking closets and a safe. The bedding is clean and soft, air conditioning let's you sleep like a baby even in the middle of the day. The bathrooms are clean and modern. The kitchen is fully equiped and super practical. The staff is very helpful, pleasant yet respectful of your privacy at all times. The pool and the meditation hut are a plus and they are well kept and inviting. Our daughter had a blast. A great feature is the underground parking space, in an area like Guanacaste where the temperature can easily reach 93 F on an average day, thus keeping your car cool and safe at all times,the front door guard being the only one who can allow access to the parking lot- Overall we recomend it 100%. I have stayed at the Bocaraca Condos for the past two years. My first stay was for five weeks, and I had such a positive experience that I extended my stay this past year to two months. What I loved about Bocaraca:
*Staff -- this made all the difference for me! Joxelyn and her staff are reliable, trustworthy, friendly and attentive. They are all on site every day and are available to fulfill pretty much any request and provide assistance to make your stay incredible.
*The location is amazing -- no more than 5 - 10 minutes walking to everything -- gym, tennis courts, restaurants. And a two-minute walk to the beach! Quiet and convenient.
*Condos are great -- full amenities, big, clean, comfortable (cleaning service provided); good beds, pillows and linens; ample space and closet space; awesome balcony for relaxing; air conditioning is powerful but can be loud sometimes; only slight negative are the couches -- they aren't the most comfortable.
*Safety -- top notch! 24 hour door person and safes in every unit.
*Grounds -- pretty, well maintained; pool and meditation hut are great additions; good WiFi by the pool; minimal noise as the crowd is a more mature one that isn't partying at all hours.
Bocaraca is a great option for a short or longer term stay if you're looking for a central location, great amenities, cleanliness, safety and responsive service.

I really couldn't imagine a better place to enjoy the beaches of Costa Rica and all the amenities of Tamarindo. The condo is only one block from the beach and restaurants. Joxselyn's condo is very well equipped, nicely decorated, and it really is quite luxurious with two master suites. Joxselyn and the staff at Bocaraca are really friendly and helpful and they keep everything looking great and working properly. If you have the opportunity to stay here, you will be delighted!
