Sunrise #1 condo was rented to us by Blue Water Properties, and it was perfectly maintained, comfortable, and located right in the heart of Tamarindo but far enough away from the partying to be quiet at night. There were three lovely bedrooms, but we only needed three, and a well-appointed kitchen, and two large bathrooms. The swimming pool is impressive and the rest of the complex is quite large. Bluewater also help set up a number of tours for us and they were all very good.
