Langosta beach is only one mile away from famous Tamarindo Beach where you will find a greater variety of restaurants/bars, shops, activities, and nightlife. . Tamarindo Beach is part of a bay formed by a cape, Cabo Velas (velas is Spanish for sails, or sailfish). Playa Grande (nesting site for leatherback turtles and famous surfing spot) lies to the north of Tamarindo Beach inside the bay. The two beaches are separated by a natural salt water estuary, Estero Tamarindo.

This is our first visit to Costa Rica and we are loving it. Our condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We love swimming in the pool, walking on the beach and sitting on our deck to watch the sunset. My husband enjoys the golf and the gym is close by for me. We can walk, bike or grab a cab into Tamarindo while still enjoying the peace and quiet of Playa Langosta. The people are very friendly and we are learning a little Spanish. Chris is attentive to all our requests and has a great deal of pride in her property. We hope to come back next year.

Chris, regarding our stay in unit 203 just wanted to let you know we were completely satisfied with all aspects of our stay. We would absolutely recommend this accommodation to any of our friends who might be planning a vacation. The location is convenient to everything within a short walk,with local people very helpful and friendly. You delivered on everything you promise and it was a pleasure dealing with you. We also thought the condo represents great value and made our two month stay very affordable. Thanks for everything and we will be back again soon.
