This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, ground floor condo is located in a beautiful garden setting. The unit includes a full custom kitchen, gas grill, wireless internet, flat screen TV with cable, central A/C, a shared pool, and upstairs viewing area.
Amanpuri is located just across the street from the beach. The complex is a small, private, 5 unit complex, completed in 2006, is located in Langosta Beach, just a mile from the center of Tamarindo. A small grocery store is just a 2 minute walk from the condo.

This condo was more beautiful than the pictures show. It was gorgeous, very clean and across the street from the ocean. All of the furnishings and decorations made it feel like home. Langosta is about a mile from Tamarindo, but it is extremely easy to get there and back. We went into town daily. The people are very friendly and help you with everything you need. We especially loved the 24/7 security guards on duty. They even helped us lite our grill. The washer/dryer in the unit was an extra bonus. The bathrooms were amazing, as we do not have outside showers in arizona! I would recommend amanpuri to anyone wanting a special place to stay in Tamarindo.

If you are looking for a safe and secure place to stay amampuri is great. Their is a security gate to the condo that is maintained 24 hours by friendly guys they also provide watch over your vehicle. The place is clean and the little pool is so fun to enjoy drinks in. The location is probably a mile walk into Tamarindo and while many people made this walk at all times of day and night if we had not rented a car i would have liked to been closer to town. but then again a taxi is five dollars and easy to get. The Beach is across the street and through a little patch of rain forest. Their would be no chance of swimming right there but a short walk down the beach is a super beach area. Also do not forget the top observation deck of amampuri it provides spectacular views and a great place for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. A few eating places are very close as is a mini mart with all the essentials needs.

We were a group of 7 and the villa was large enough to accomodate everyone comfortably. Great kitchen, equipped for even the most gourmet meals. The villa was nicely decorated, it had plenty of beach towels and other linens. All was very clean. The downside is that this house ven though is right accross the street from the beach, this beach, playa langosta, is not the best in the area since it has a lot of rocks and high waves! but you're at about 15 mins walk from Playa Tamarindo which is a much bigger, nicer beach, and a very turistic area, but if you want to be a bit more secluded and away from the main turist area, Amampuri is the place to stayed!

Glad you had a good stay. Yes - the Langosta beach is a little rocky, but in addition to walking all the way into Tamarindo, the Langosta river mouth is a great rock free alternative for swimming!

Amampuri is nicer than the pictures on the web site! The staff at rpm are very nice & helpfull. The condo is gated and the gaurds are awesome. The beach is amazing and all the locals are freindly. Great restaurants within walking distance. Will be going back again!
