Lovely 1 bedroom, 1 bath, condo located on the 3rd floor, great ocean view from the balcony off living room and kitchen.Bedroom separate from living area and includes full kitchen, cable TV, shared pool. Sleeps 4 maximum.

Located on beautiful Langosta Beach, the Bahia Langosta Beachfront Condominiums are the perfect spot for a perfect vacation. The complex consists of 23 condominiums situated just steps from the beach. The lush tropical gardens and sparkling swimming pool invites you to step out and enjoy the sunshine.

Each unit at Bahia Langosta is fully appointed and equipped. The central air conditioning keeps your condo cool a...nd comfortable. The condos include all amenities â€" including well-appointed kitchens, cable TV, and local telephone service.

Our one, two, three, and four-bedroom units can accommodate your friends and family comfortably and in style. The one-bedroom condos, located on both the upper and lower levels, can sleep 2-4 people comfortably. Our two-bedroom/two bath unit with a sofa sleeper in the living area can sleep up to six persons. The three-bedroom/three bath units, located on the third level, have spectacular views of the ocean and pool. The third bedroom, a loft overlooking the living area, is light and spacious and has a private bath. The four bedroom unit is located on the top floor and has great ocean views from its two balconies, living room, and dining room.

Relax out on your private patio and enjoy a beautiful Pacific sunset or stroll the beach for treasures. There are several restaurants in the area within walking distance as well as a convenience store for all your last minute needs. And central Tamarindo is just a mile away. Catch a fish or two in the estuary or check out the incredible life in the tide pools. Whatever you dream your vacation to be, you can have it all at the Bahia Langosta Condominiums.

  Ripped and torn filthy screen door on next door unit. Looked like a slum entrance. When A/C on and windows closed unit smelled like a bunch of wet dirty mops. Possibly unit A/C filters. Television sound not good. Like a service announcement in a Mall. Possibly Amnet problem, (ie poor quality connectors). CD Player worked, (most of the time). Owner should have a DVD player installed. As my grandaughter would say, "VHS, so 20th century Gramps". Door to balcony wouldn't lock. Used broom handles in the track to keep it secured as theft a major problem in Langosta/Tamarindo. Some pillows had about 10 years of drool on them. I could go on, but thats enough.

  Thanks to John, the owners allowed us to upgrade the TV, buy a DVD and new CD player, and buy new pillows and linens for the unit. Because the condo is on the third floor, the complex has 24/7 security, and the only way to reach the balcony is with a 30 foot ladder, we did not consider the broken lock a security problem. Still we would provide a new lock, if we could find one. But they are not available in country.

  The location is great especially if you want to surf. The maintenance and security staff are all very friendly and professional. Loved the pool!

  Following the review, we were there with a baby 6 month old. Rats are dangerous. Also the shower was broken the day of our arrival, I reported it and was fixed. I believe that before turning a condo over a client it needs to be checked.

  Our stay at Bahia langosta in Tamarindo was fantastic. The unit is in a perfect location close to some great restaurants and a small convenience store. We were happy to have a car to drive into Tamarindo when we wanted to rent surfboards and find more restaurants. The beach at Bahia langosta is absolutely fabulous and it is located right behind the property. The unit was clean and had a great kitchen and there were free laundry facilities for guest use. Highly recommended.

  I would like to commend RPM staff for their courtesy and quickness in responding to requests. There are always glitches to overcome, mostly of a minor nature and RPM were on the ball. This has been our third visit to Bahia Langosta Condos and no doubt we will be back. If your desire is to be downtown Tamarindo then this is not the location for you, however if you desire a location that is at a decent remove from the downtown clangor then this is ideal. Not too close yet not too far away.
