The Staff in RPM were very nice, originally we rented a 2 Bedroom town home, and when we arrived Carolyn informed us that the owner decide to stay longer and instead she put us in 3 bedroom town home with better and more amenities ant no extra charge, we were looking for a big family union there and they supply us lots of usefull information,

This was our first visit to Costa Rica and it was great. Villa Longosta was terrific: the unit we were in, the pool, the access to the beach, the office staff etc. We loved being within proximity to Tamarindo and many surfing locations for our son. He could surf and we could chill...it was great.

We have been going to Villas Langosta #1 for the last 3 years. We feel at home there, so we can relax enjoy the pool, ans spcially the beach.
Our friends have also learned to love the place, since we always rent some other condos there too... -

We enjoyed the location and the pool. However, the Refrigerator had to be repaired. We had bought groceries and had to buy ice for the first day. The roof leaked in the upstairs bedrooms.

We were pleasantly surprised by the condition and size of this condo. The staff was very helpful, even the night watchman was there in the evenings when we got home to light our way to the condo. This was a great place and we will use this company again.

Location is great: right on the beach next to good waves. It's a little far from the town center, and a rough ride or long walk to get there, but it's not too bad.
The unit was in good condition, but not great. AC worked well, which is a big plus. The worst part is that the little crabs would walk in under the door and were everywhere in the house.
Staff is helpful and can help you book tours. -

All attended to by manager efficiently but with obvious interruption to occupants as they repaired roof over two days etc. Certain lack of kitchen things that most persons regularly use--orange squeezer, rice maker etc. Certainly not as good value and quality as the apartment we occupied the year before and others we have seen in the same condo. But, overall a very nice place to be.
