Fredericton,NBGreat place to stay in an amazing town
Left on 05/03/2012 for a stay in April 2012
All of the previous reviews are accurate. This is a nice place and anyone with reasonable expectation would be very pleased with the decision to stay here.
I will not give a full review, but rather a few helpful notes and answers to a few questions that I had prior to arriving.
The property manager Bob Wilson was awesome. We flew into Tamarindo and he picked us up at the airport, took us to the grocery market and drove us around town to show us the best restaurants and help us get our bearings. Very good guy and great value add.
The "hill" is crazy. We walked down a couple times and a couple of the guys walked up. It is a trek. A couple of the taxis we took could barely make it up. The town and beach is within a 10 min walk, but its not a nice walk. The "hill" does give the house a $1,000,000 view. Its pretty crazy.
The pictures do not properly show the size of the pool and outdoor space. The pool is much larger than we were expecting from the pics. Also, the outdoor space includes a large comfortable chair and couch, dinning table and six chairs, small charcoal BBQ, outdoor shower, two sun tanning areas and lots of shade.
All and all, our group was very happy with the accommodations and Tamarindo is an amazing town!!! -

LONDONmagnificent!

The property is cleverly designed, well furnished and airy. It comes complete with a private pool, and offers views you will find nowhere else: stunning in every direction. It sits on a hill overlooking Tamarindo with its upbeat beach-front vibe and variety of good restaurants, not to mention the surf for which it is famous. The track up from the town can be bumpy after the rains. But you will be hard pressed to find a better base for a fun relaxed holiday anywhere. It is good for all ages. Tamarindo is especially a place for the young, but we have stayed at this villa several times, as older travellers, and loved it. We recommend it highly.

This house has probably got the best views I have ever seen!
Loved it and really want to go back! We went surfing every day, ate the fish we caught from our deep sea fishing trips and watched the sunset from the horizon pool- I have never been so relaxed!

We had an amazing holiday in a fantastic setting. The views from the villa were breath taking - something that dreams are made of. The villa is very well proportioned providing luxurious accommodation in a laid back environment. The large terrace and private pool are fab!
