This resort is very lush and tropical and the rooms and villas are scattered throughout the grounds and not on top of each other. The design of the place is eco-chic. The rooms are very private and big and well decorated. The grounds are just beautiful. The pool area is big and again just very luxury looking and feeling. There is a bar and restaurant and yoga studio on the grounds as well. The staff is all very friendly and they made our stay so perfect. The food at the restaurant is delicious and the drinks are tropical and perfect for a vacation. They offer complimentary drinks at happy hour which is another detail that is wonderful about this place. I will stay here again if I find myself in Tamarindo.

We rented 3 villas for a family vacation for 6 days. The villas are beautiful with the up-grades. We had a great time, the staff was wonderful. The grounds ate beautifully maintained. My husband and I stayed 2 other times, we are so glad Cala Luna re-opened! Thank you! We will return on our next visits!
