- Taxes are not included. Cleaning fee paid before arrival. No fee for stays of 1 week or longer.
- Rates subject to change without previous notice. Occupancy based on 8 guests. Any additional guests *must* pay extra fees ($100/pp). The house sleeps maximum 10. No smoking is allowed.
- Pets are allowed per request, in which case an additional pet security deposit will be required.
- Beach towels are provided as courtesy during your stay.
- Daily maid service available per request. Fees apply.
- A guide will be available to pick you up at the airport and/or show you the area for an additional fee. Please ask us for details.
* 50% deposit when booking, 50% 30 days prior to arrival, $500 security deposit via pre-authorization of credit card (no funds are debited).
* We accept cash, wire transfers ($15), Paypal (paypal fees apply) and US checks. Credit Cards accepted: 2.62% fee applies for Visa/MasterCard or 3.62% for American Express, DIners Club or Discover.
* Cancellations received 30 days or less from the scheduled arrival date will not receive any refund (except for refund of the damage deposit).
* Cancellations received more than 30 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund.
* There are no refunds for cancellations of Christmas, New Year's or Easter periods.

The service we received was always top of the line. Any questions or concerns we had, the owner/landlord went the extra mile to make sure our questions or concerns were answered.
The Villa was a treat! We enjoyed everything it had to offer. A beautiful open floor plan kitchen with great appliances that we used every day we were there. All 3 bedrooms were big and the beds were very comfortable. The master suite was grand! The master bathroom had a Jacuzzi tub that we enjoyed plenty of times.
Hacienda Pinilla is one of the best Developments in all Costa Rica in my opinion. This place has so much to offer that I wouldn't be able to mention them all here. A few of my favorites are the top of the line Golf Course, the amazing Pinilla Beach Club, the tennis courts and all the pristine beaches inside the Development to name a few.
