This spectacular South Carolina vacation rental home is located just a few miles north of the Foothills Highway 11, in the Foothills at the edge of the Blue Ridge Mountains, just 20 miles from Clemson, and approx. 15 miles from the Chattooga River (at Burrell's Ford) , Lake Jocassee, Lake Keowee, and the historic town of Walhalla, SC. Did you know? This area of SC (Oconee County) has one of the densest concentrations of waterfalls in the United States. There are two reasons for this: an ample supply of water and a sudden change in elevation. The Blue Ridge escarpment provides the sudden change in elevation, separating the gentle rolling hills of the Piedmont and the more rugged terrain of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Most trails that traverse this narrow region change 2000 feet in elevation over a distance of 4 miles. There are many shorter trails and most of these waterfalls are easy and short walks from public roads. This is an outstanding hiking area for novice explorers, as well as the experienced. The great rivers and lakes of the area, as well as nearby Clemson, Walhalla, Seneca, Cashiers, and Highlands, make this a great and memorable choice for any family vacation, with plenty to do.

MAID SERVICE IS INCLUDED ON ALL WEEKLY RENTALS. MAID SERVICE IS EXTRA FOR ALL NIGHTLY RENTALS. THE CLEANING FEE IS $130 IN PERIODS WHERE CLEANING IS EXTRA. THERE IS A LINEN SERVICE THAT IS AVAILABLE FOR AN EXTRA CHARGE OF $50 PER WEEK.
USE OF THE FIREPLACE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICING. FIREPLACE USE IS ONLY WITH SPECIAL PERMISSION AND THERE IS AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR USAGE AND CLEANING. THERE IS ALSO AN EXTRA $300 IN SECURITY DEPOSIT, FOR FIREPLACE USE.
THE SALES TAX IS 10% AND IS ADDED TO THE ABOVE PRICE.

THERE ARE NO RESERVATION FEES. FOR WEEKLY GUESTS $900 DUE WITH CONTRACT AND BALANCE DUE 30 DAYS BEFORE THE FIRST DAY.
