The ground floor includes a 2-car garage and a walk out to the water.

First Floor:

The first floor includes a newly furnished living room and dinning room with a 50 inches plasma TV a DVD player and a king size convertible sofa bed. The dinning room includes a large table sitting six people. The first floor also includes a modern kitchen with four new appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave oven) and all the required utensils, kitchen accessories and cookware for a comfortable and luxurious living. This floor also inc...ludes a two-piece washroom and a washer and dryer. Two large covered balconies (7x15 feet) with tiles on the floor complement the first floor. One balcony provides an amazing view of the water and mango forest at the back of the house with complete privacy while the other provides a magnificent view of the Bahia Beach Blvd at the front. Both balconies have large patio tables and comfortable chairs for dining and enjoying the view.

Second Floor:

The second floor includes the master bedroom with high vaulted ceilings, a new king size bed, a large dresser, a 32 inches flat TV, two large walk in closets and a large full size bathroom equipped with towels, magnified mirror and other accessories for your convenience. The large (7X15 feet) covered balcony with floor tiles is equipped with comfortable patio chairs and a table providing an amazing and relaxing view of the ocean and mango conservation area. Its southern exposure provides a lot of sun during the winter and shade during the summer. The second bedroom with high vaulted ceilings includes two queen size beds and a 32 inches flat TV, a full bathroom, a walk in closet and a balcony overlooking the Bahia Beach Blvd.

  My family decided to head down to Tampa for a week to get away from all the snow and city life back home. After much consideration between staying at a hotel or rental property, we found this listing.
  
  Let me say, that the owners of this property are incredible, and it's obvious they put a lot of thought into this house/unit. From the moment we arrived, over the bridge and the first left into the village, we couldn't wait to see this place in-person.
  
  The furniture is comfortable and very well thought-out. Pictures are beautiful and lighting is sufficient for everything, from eating dinner to reading a book. And talk about a lot of balconies...like four total. No matter what floor you're on, you just need a cold drink and some sunglasses, and you're set to go.
  
  A short five minute walk away is the general meeting/eating area of the resort, where you'll find the gym, pools, docks and restaurant with 2-for-1 drinks all day!! The food was excellent (even the appetizers) and they play music there! Once the Sun starts setting, that's when things get quite. Everyone looks towards the clear horizon, with nothing but ocean in sight. A picture-worthy scene every time.
  
  Overall, I am incredibly satisfied with the property and facilities. I am grateful we chose to stay at a property rather than a hotel...we would have missed some of the most memorable moments of our vacation. I can't wait to go back!!

  A Very Specious and Comfortable Town Home in a Beautiful Resort

  My wife and I stayed for a week at this luxury town home last November. With the recent snowstorm hitting North america, we decided to start planning for next winter. We promised ourselves that our next getaway will be for a few weeks and if possible we would like to go back to this beautiful town home. We agree with all the reviews below that this is an amazing town home well decorated with nice colours and located in a beautiful resort. However, we would like to point out a few things that we particularly liked. First, the breath taking view of the mango forest as you wake up in the morning and face it through the wall-to-wall sliding glass balcony doors. Second, the complete privacy that you have in the two large balconies off the living room and the master bedroom where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch, and supper or just have a quiet time. Third, the town home has southern exposure, which means in the winter you have sun from morning until sunset and the summer shade throughout the day. Fourth, the few minutes walk to the beach is very relaxing as you walk under the palm trees, along flower beds and around the beautiful little harbor. Fifth, the long pier and the two gazeboes provide an excellent location to do your morning exercise and yoga routines. Sixth, the three swimming pools can satisfy any taste and the two gym facilities as well as the three tennis and basket ball courts are always available for the more athletic visitors. Finally, the sunsets are amazing and different from one day to the next. This is why we plan to go back to this beautiful town home. Thank you Mary for letting us to stay at you beautiful home.

  A fantastic home that left us wishing to stay longer

  We stayed here during the first week of September and have to say my friend and I (both 22) were blown away by how beautiful this home was.
  
  First and foremost, you can tell each room was meticulously furnished and decorated. Each room had its own them, from ocean, seashells, and pelican inspired, to rich and fiery sunsets and the like. It felt like we were in the Caribbean, yet with all the amenities offered in america! Everything was very clean, neat, and high quality.
  
  The three balconies spoiled us. One of them faced east (great from morning breakfast), and the master balcony was possibly the most wonderful part off our visit. Overlooking the canal and mango trees, the sounds of the water, birds and view of dusk, made it a very tranquil spot.
  
  We really enjoyed the amount of storage space available for our clothes, and the entertainment! Free movies playing all day/night long! This was especially a treat. And most importantly, no problems with wifi.
  
  Other than the home, we were only a 2 minute walk from the outdoor pool and exercise facility, which was mere feet from the docks!
  
  The restaurant had delicious food and the live entertainment played great jamming songs and oldies for any crowd.
  
  Above all, the docks were spectacular. The best view of the sunset is at the dock no doubt. There were also many pelicans, and different types of fish of all sizes that gather the friendly fishing folk.
  
  We had a great time fishing, kayaking, and swimming (all on site), and would highly recommend this home as a place to stay! Everyone was very friendly, and every aspect of this house and resort was clean, organized, and enjoyable.
  
  P.S. There were no mosquitoes!
