Welcome to Tangier

Tangiers is a fascinating Moroccan city to visit. It has many of the things that travelers love--a sense of exotic mystery, interesting history, beautiful vistas, and Mediterranean and Atlantic ocean beaches. It is an interesting mix of North Africa, Spain, and France and is only 45 minutes in a Ferry away from Spain and the strait of Gibraltar.

Luxury apartment is located in the boulevard (Mohamed V), heart of the city of Tangier with stunning view of the sea, the port and the upcoming Marina. There is also a view of the Kasbah and the Medina from the balcony. The apartment is facing the Plaza, Spain and the Strait of Gibraltar. The beach (Playa) is only 3 minutes walking from the main level of the Tanger Boulevard building.

The condo/apartment has electrical heater and air condition. It includes 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms and a Terrace- balcony. It is furnished with a dimension of 115 meter square. The kitchen is well equipped with a electrical stove, oven, 2-door refrigerator (bottom freezer). There are plenty of nice pots, dishes etc… Parking and storage room is located on the lower level of the same building.

Supermarket (Acima) is located in the same building on the main floor. You take the elevator down to the main floor which is the Plaza and you find all the entertainment, restaurants, cafes, pizzerias fitness club etc…. No car is necessary to get around when you live in this most conveniently located apartment.
