A fantastic stay in Penang at the Brezza! Check in was easy, and Carol was extremely helpful in the whole process from start to finish. The rooms were a great size and all facilities and amenities provided were excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

We originally tried to reserve this apartment but unfortunately it was occupied during our requested dates, The owner offered us another unit in the same complex and enough pictures and information for us to be confident to reserve it.
Owner was on site for our arrival and check in carried out quickly.
Apartment very comfortable with 3 well furnished bedrooms and bedrooms, Living and dining room also well furnished with basic Cable TV channels and Wifi throught the apartment. A Balcony set of 2 Chairs and a small table would be a great improvement.
The kitchen could do with a little more if you intend to do a lot of your own cooking but ample good/affordable eateries are within walking distance.
Overall a great stay and the owner was most helpfull securing u a long term rental within the same complex.
I would recommend this to any couple or small family.

Me and family members (6pax) recently had a wonderful stay on the 7th floor unit. It was fully equipped, with nice view of the island. The clealiness of the whole unit is commendable. Thanks to Carol for making our stay a pleasant one.

This was the best stay in Penang of all our previous visits!
This apartment is big and clean and well maintained. And it comes with all the necessary amenities, including free wifi!
Location is central and close to Gurney, about 5 mins drive.
The Owner is also very friendly and helpful!
I strongly recommend anyone with a group of 6-8 people to stay -

We had a nice stay here. The apartment is spacious and clean. The balcony is big and you can see the sea from here, though very far away. There is a car park available free for you to park. Carol is very friendly and helpful.
I would recommend this for any family to stay there.
The swimming pool is clean.
The Wi-Fi is quite fast.
The location is good as it is close to Straits Quay where there are many restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay here recently. This apartment is as comfy and homely as our own home. The unit is very clean and modern with all the amenities (including free wi-fi), rooms have king size beds, more than enough to sleeps 6 adults with children. The kids love the pool and the playground.
The location of this apartment is excellent, minutes drive to Gurney Drive and Straights Quay. Minutes walk out to the main road you can find all sorts of eateries, local hawker food, fast food restaurant and even Japanese/Korean restaurants.
Our stay at this apartment has been very positive that we would definitely return for the kind hospitality experience. Thanks Carol. -

I would like to thanks Carol for giving our family & friends such a good experience in her apartment. She is very helpful and thoughtful lady, we was overwhelming when we found out that she actually get the drinking water boiled before we arrive.
The apartment is new and furnished with everything we needed, from cooking utensils to washing machine and aV system. Carol even prepared the washing detergent and drying hangers. The toilets/bathrooms are prepared with towels, shampoo and body shampoo which a lot of local private own apartment wouldn't provide. Carol also prepared some books for reading and all tourist spot information leaflet that all the tourists needed in the apartment.
This apartment has a nice infinity pool which everyone like it very much. 15 min walk to Tesco, 20 min walk to Straight Quay and a shopping mall near by, 10 min walk food court or Korean restaurant. Across the road there is a factory outlet if you needs some shopping for for clothing. It's very suitable for family or a small group of friends.

We stayed at this apartment in the last week of June 2012. We found it to be very nice and clean with all amenities you need for a comfortable holiday. As it was only 2 of us, the apartment was found to be too big (2 of the bedrooms were not used at all during the stay). The apartment is located close to shops and amenities and close to bus stop if you don't hire a car. It has a kitchen, fully equipped, although cooking in Penang is not necessary as there are lots of places to eat and very affordable. For an extra fee we were picked up from the airport by the owner and a friend. The complex has a very nice swimming pool and gym with a playground for children as well. If you are bothered by noise, the main street is only 1/2 block away and carries traffic all night. There is also an open drain next to it which smells a bit from time to time (this may be covered eventually as a new shopping centre is being built across from the complex). The mosque is nearby and you can hear the call to prayer several times a day (but this didn't bother us at all). There are a couple of TV sets in the apartment (no cable) and wi-fi. Overall, we were very pleased with the amenities of the complex and the apartment facilities. The owner, we found, was very nice and answered all our questions during the booking process. We would recommend a stay here to any of our friends and will not hesitate to return to the apartment for our next holiday to Penang.

Recently we traveled to Penang for our Family holiday and there were 8 of us in total. I decided on this apartment and booked it all the way from New Zealand after reading a good review for this rental apartment. So no wanting to waste any time I go ahead with the booking and Carol the owner is extremely helpful with all the details she can help with the booking (It would be good if a paypal option is included with overseas customers).
Now the apartment and the service: The were many aspects of Breeza we like! the apartment itself is very near to local amenities and not so far driving distance to Batu Ferringhi and Gurney Drive. The conditions of the apartment was good and very well maintained by the owner with top notch cleanliness. However, the big sewage issue at the ground floor, bottom of the apartment and the construction nearby is quite annoying at times (nothing to do with this rating) The sewage issue need to be looked at as the smell can be distinctive especially when you are enjoying the sunrise! Note to viewer: This issue has nothing to do with the review as this is out of the owner control.
The service again top-notch! Very professional and friendly owner (Carol) and I owe you a thank you for giving a local advice, and tips for our travel. She even show us around Penang for local food! We found the Brezza an excellent place for our recent holiday in Penang. If you, like us, prefer to be away from the Batu Ferringhi end of Penang and holiday closer to town, Gurney Drive, the Botanical Gardens etc, then the Brezza at Tanjung Tokong is a great alternative
a spacious 3 bed apartment, comfortable beds, great view of ocean and hills, good wifi connection (an important consideration for us), great infinity pool. 800 metres to Tesco supermarket with its food court, KFC, McDonalds. Just a little further to more upmarket restaurants and cafes at Straits Quays Marina. Penang's convenient Rapid buses stop 50 metres from the apartment complex.
Carol, the owner, was prompt in replying to all communication, always available for questions and most willing to provide assistance when needed.
Some issues to be noted - none of which are under the control of the owner of the apartment. Firstly, the apartment is situated close to two mosques and the Call to Prayer is clearly heard, several times each day. At first we found this disconcerting but soon got used to it as part of the local culture. Secondly, there is quite a lot of new building activity going on around the Brezza. Noise is not an issue but the immediate surrounding area resembles a vast building site. Lastly there is an unsightly large, open drain running directly beside the apartment complex. Hopefully, this drain will be covered over in the not too distant future.
Despite the issues noted above, we had a wonderfully relaxing holiday in the Brezza and are looking forward to coming back at a future date.

I really enjoyed staying at the Breeza apartments,it very nice , having a cool pool and highly secure. the location is nice next to the main road and more of that Carol was very nice and very helpful.

Managed to book this newly built condo after reviewing in Tripadvisor. No regret booking, even consider lucky! Parent and grandparent loves the place, children have lots of fun!
Beds are very comfortable, new furnitures and complete kitchen utensils provided.
The condo has a nice swimming pool and big playground on the 3rd floor. Location is good; very near to Straits Quay and Gurney.
The only negative side is that it was noisy at night with the sound of motorcycles racing because the master room is facing the main Tanjung Tokong Road.

All rooms are with queen size bed and the master bedroom is with sofa bed. The apartment can easily fit in 6-7 people.
The kitchen has the facilities to cook; however, the owner would not recommend to cook as Penang is with lots of food corner.
We stayed in this place as we have a total of 6 adults, allowing us to spend some time together as most of us are working from different offices even though same company.Response from Carol - 11/29/2011

A very good place to stay for families not bachelors.owner is flexible . brand new furniture with king size beds.however heavy cooking not allowed. Doesn't matter though cause you need to try out all variety of food in penang . location is very strategic. however condo not facing sea.but clean swimming pool .

The condo is very conveniently located to all the food attractions i.e.Pulau Tikus, Gurney drive, Tanjung Bungah and Straits Quay. Its premises is clean and comfortably furnished which makes our holiday a great experience, as we get to relax with a cup of Tea, enjoying the breath taking view of the Sea from the living room after a long day's touring. The condo is equipped with a great looking infinity pool, a sizeable park next to the pool at level 3. Overall a very pleasant stay and I would recommend this venue to everyone.

I have stayed for 3 days in this funky newly build apartment with 2 of my other friends. The location is perfect for us to do a lot of shopping and also enjoying sunbathing at the beach nearby. The coffee place at straits Quay with ocean view is just down the corner. We had a wonderful time staying in this clean and safe apartment. I already booked for my next visit on May next year, will definitely stay longer this time. Highly recommend to all my friends and families to stay here for a great holidays. =)

Furnitures are fully equipped, what's more they are new & in perfect condition! Like the ambience; windy & good ventilation even without turning on the fan. Strategically location, within walking distance to shopping malls (e.g. Tesco), convenient shops, night spots, etc...
