Please remember, Grand Leisure Travel loves pets. And if the homeowner allows pet's you can bring them with you. We have no problem with that as long as you tell us what kind of pet, how many and pay our $100 pet fee. This fee will be assessed after your instant booking is placed. Thank you for your understanding.
Reservation Requirements:

Guests will have to sign a Lease from Grand Leisure Travel. This protects both the home and the guests. It's not a small apartment it is a vacation home and requires a lease.
Guests will receive a Welcome Letter to sign from Grand Leisure Travel. Guests will have to send us 5 names, ages, phone numbers and drivers licenses of everyone driving so we can register you with the gated community if there is any.
Guests will receive information regarding contacting us in the paperwork we send, so attention to that is vital.
Failure to follow any of these terms will render the funds refundable only according to the Airbnb policy. No other arrangements will be made.

“Pictures of this place lie!”

Response from the manager When Kim arrived, we walked her through the house as we do with every one of our guests. We explained how things work and who to call in case of emergencies, we went through all the rooms, floors and bathrooms, and when we left everything and even Kim was pleasant. 2 weeks after she departed with no phone calls in between she called us demanding $500 back because she thought it was refundable (it was not), never was. The complaints she decided to whip up were completely unrelated to her stay, but she decided to use them as an extortion method even though she stayed the entire time and never mentioned any of them during her stay. All she asked for when we were there was for us to cut the grass so they can play Croquet on the seption mount. Although we mentioned it's a septic mount, we didn't mind so we cut the grass for her (it was going to be cut later anyway, but we rushed it). Not only that, we also proposed the idea of going to a popular park called Promised Land and they even said that they most likely will since they will have a larger place for them play Croquet. We don't mind guests asking for support during their stay, that is why we are here, to help you have a good time, things break down in houses and we fix them, but when you nit pick to extort money from us, that we do not abide and we don't care how many 1 star reviews we get about it. Majority of our guests have a great time, and many of them do not post reviews about how much fun they have in our houses, sadly only the people who have negative experience post bad reviews.
