“ Baia Blu" is one of the apartments of the Residence "Da Concettina", provided with the same comforts and furnished with taste and elegance, situated in a privileged position, in the charming ledge of Taormina Mare, a few thousand meters from the famous beach of Isolabella.

"Baia Blu" is a nice apartment of about 50 square metres, on the second floor of a Residence close to the sea where you can enjoy a spectacular view due to the balcony facing in front of the sea.

The flat has a bedroom, a bathroom and a living-room with kitchen. It can accommodate from 2 to 4 people.

The bedroom has a double bed with high-quality matre...ss and pillows, a spacious ward-robe; the bathroom has shower and hairdryer.

The living-room is very bright with a sofa-bed, a modern kitchen, well organized and equipped of all you need, with gas-stove, fridge, freezer and washing machine.

Each room has air conditioning and heating programming with controller.

Also provided Tv Sat Lcd, ironing board, iron.

On disposal of our visitors we offer other apartments located in the same area.

To welcome the guests there are Concettina, Pinuccio and Kristina, that offer one of the best solutions for spending pleasant and relaxing holidays, to make feel the guest at home in a clean and familiar ambient.

Linen for bedroom, bathroom and kitchen are furnished in the apartment.

The prices include expenses for water, electricity and gas.

On disposal of the guests there is also a private garage (not included in the price).

- Car rental, transfers, baby-sitter – on request

Check in: from 16:00 to 23:00 ( please inform us what time you are supposed to get here at).

For longer stays please ask for an offer, you could safe till up to 30%.

Deposit: € 200 payable in cash on the spot to charge keys (will be returned after the smooth return of the apartment).

To get to our Residence is very easy: take the highway A18 and follow it till the exit of Taormina. Instead of driving up to Taormina, drive direction Taormina Mare. Down on the main street you turn left and keep straight on. After about 2 Km you will arrive at Letojanni. At the entrance of the village turn left direction Mazzeo " Taormina Mare ". There on the seaside you will find our residence.

From this place you can visit the surrounding valleys ( Alkantara, Nisi, Agrò ); to make trips on the majestic Etna's volcano and in the historic sicilian towns, as Siracusa, Agrigento, Noto, Enna, Modica, Palermo, Cefalù,...

At 20 m from the Residence we have a bus stop to go to Taormina and surrounding towns; at 300 m the railway station; at 1,5 km the highway A18; at 40 km the airport of Catania; at 40 km the ferryboat of Messina.

The position of the apartment is in front of the sea, with a spectacular view, in the charming scenery of the Bay of Taormina, which lies between Capo Sant'Alessio and Capo Mazzarò.Read more

Additional Location Information

The "Baia Blu" apartment is located in Mazzeo, that is the main beach of Taormina city.
Mazzeo is a little town that is spread right along a magnificient beach where you can breath the pure air walking along the sea front walk, swim into the clear water, enjoy the multicolored sunrise in the morning.
The town has everything could be necessary for a relaxing and pleasant stay.
Within a few steps you can reach restaurants, pizzeria, bar, gelaterie, bathing establishments with chairs and umbrellas, mini-markets, souvenirs, newsagent,...
Another important aspect is that the bus stop is at just 20 m. from the Residence and the bus takes you up to Taormina in less than 10 minutes.
Car is not necessary in our area as other buses are available to reach other Sicilian cities and the railway train station too.

  The apartment was perfect for my husband and I. It has a kitchen with fridge/freezer. 4 burner cooktop, washer, pots, pans and all utensils. Living room with couch and TV. The balcony had a table with 2 chairs. The bedroom was nice size and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was also 2 large wardrobe chests with drawers. The owners Pinuccio and Kristina were very helpful. Kristina speaks english very well and made it was very easy to get around. It is a ten minute bus ride to Taormina and the bus stop was across the street from the apartment. The small town of Letojanni was the perfect place for us to spend our vacation. We spent 2 weeks here and have to say it was one of our favorites.The apartment is above a tabacchi shop which also is a small bar, so every morning we would have our daily expresso here or just go down the street to the pasticceria which we would have a cappuccino and a pastry. Everyday from the apartment you would hear the vendors over a speaker driving down the street selling everything from fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts, fresh fish to pots, pans and even mops. The apartment was across the street from a park which seems to be the gathering place for many families and friends. There were also many lido's that you could rent 2 chairs and an umbrella on the beach for the whole day for 8-10 euros. Just watching the people from the balcony (by the way a great view) was such a wonderful experience. For the 2 weeks we were here we are truly blessed that we got to experience the real Sicilan life.We will definately go back there again.

  Hovewer what gives us more satisfaction is that you were so happy to be here, you really felt like at your home, in a nice apartment, among friendly people who liked looking after you whenever you wanted information or help.
  Your long holiday gave you the occasion to breath the real Sicilian life in a quiet area of Taormina.
  Indeed this is truly one of the best place where people manage to enjoy a pleasant and relaxing holiday, far from crowdy street and close to all that is necessary for a comfortable vacation.
  The beach is just in front, the shops and the restaurants a few metres away...The right place for a great holiday, no doubts!
  Then we also have to say that we liked talking to you, practicing English learning with your suggestions! We must see each other more often...
  We definitely want you to come back again and who knows...we might arrange a holiday to come and visit you when we'll be able to take a holiday.
