Gorgeous apartment in the heart of Taormina. It's location couldn't be more ideal- centrally located in the pedestrian-only part of this magical, ancient city, and just blocks away from the lovely Villa Communale park, the Teatro Greco, the Taormina tennis club and the cable car to Mazzaro beach (where the water is crystal clear). We were surrounded by a large range of restaurants, bars and gelaterias (the granita is to die for) and greatly enjoyed the lively crowd in the city streets below during the evening hours. The apartment has a charming covered terrace that looks out to the sea- this was a delightful spot for breakfast and dinner when we ate in. The apartment itself is spacious and perfectly decorated; a mixture of elegance and practicality, we lacked for nothing whatsoever. The bedrooms are beautifully furnished, the bathroom clean, modern and cozy (loved the plush towels). We also greatly appreciated the kids' play room. Luckily the air-conditioner worked so well and helped battle the July heat. We spent a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation in Magda's rental and hope to return again. Thank you ! :))) Amy & Philippe (and Man & Jazz)

What a great experience.
This is a very class apartment that could not be better located ... 5 mins walk to Taormina's best granite (Bam Bar), 5 mins walk to very well maintained clay tennis courts, 5 mins walk to the funiculare down to the beaches.
The apartment's terrace looks out over the sea, the rooftops and the Greek amphitheater. When you exit the flat you emerge onto the main pedestrian route, Corso Umberto, a few steps from Porta Messina.
High quality furnishings throughout, lovely linens that you know the family would use for themselves. The flat was immaculately clean and everything worked. Not to mention that the air conditioning was a real bonus after a hot august day at the beach.
Just be aware that it is a top floor flat with lots of stairs, but then you've got the views.

We enjoyed a fabulous holiday in this incredible home. The experience solidified our Sicilian dreams. I remember sitting outside in the mornings, lunches and afternoons - drinking cafe granitas, fresh blood orange juice and eating the croissants and baked goodies - just for breakfast! Looking at the ancient Greek Theatre, readying ourselves for yet another ristretto at the gorgeous square just next door. It was like being in a 1960's movie with the greats. We loved our stay and the Brosio family owners were gracious and generous with sharing their knowledge.

Highly recommend this apartment for the following reasons:
2.Clean and comfortable
3.Well presented and equipped
I love staying in this style of accommodation because you feel less like a tourist and more like a local... I would consider living here just to live within walking distance of my favourite breakfast. Granita and brioche at Bambar. A must when visiting Taormina and Sicily. If you get the chance try more than one just like me!
Superb apartment - highly recommended; would rebook

Its not often that we have come across an apartment as good as this one. This large penthouse has charm, character and a wonderful wide ranging view from the Greek theatre down to the sea. The owner, Magda, was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The location is perfect for exploring Taormina's old town.
