It seems as though the owner never goes to the room. I left a list of eleven items that needed tending to all simple and inexpensive at the office. The curtains were burned. No frying pan. Overloaded electrical sockets. Lights broken and removed. Bulbs out. Blow dryer did not work. Humidifier did not work. Bed headboard broken. Sheets and blankets old and tattered. Pillows just old and smashed. Fold out sofa mattress lumpy.
Honestly if was my place for about $800.00 all that stuff could be repaired and replaced.
If the owners need a maintenance person could fix it up in a few days for a free stay? Three days and four nights would be plenty. It buy the stuff and provide reciepts for reimbursement.
Is the condo for sale? I could even make an offer.

Once over the surprise of a Murphy bed that did not stow away, I came to
appreciate our studio unit as a good value. It showed its age here and there.
Could use an updating and some sound insulation from the unit above. Service
was accessible and attentive, especially maintenance service. Location was
super. -

It was my first time staying near the lift and it was a very convenient condo and much closer than i thought it would have been. The condo was cozy with great extras. The room had a fire place and a murphy bed. The kitchen was slightly slanted and that took some getting used too. Because the windows made an entire wall with curtains, it was cold in the morning and the temperature gauge was a bit touchy. We took our toddler son, which I would have to say, we may have wanted another bedroom if we knew. It's perfect for a couple but a bit small with a young one. Those were the only complaints but well worth the stay. The hot tub wasn't a far walk and everything was so close. Very much enjoyed our time and had a great experience.

It was very good experience. service was good to but the problem was when we get there it was after 9 P.m. and out condo was very cold. It was freezing inside and heating has some switch somewhere behind the sofa and we did'd know also we didn't know that fire place has wet wood to so we can not fire wood either. and bad thing is no customer service after 7 p.m. so how you ask question. so that night we didn't sleep proparly. our room was back side so we can't take our car back side so at night in this cold we had our many luggage bag to take with us in the room.

Unit was okay, but for price paid, it does need some updating. For example, the lighting was very dim, the carpet was old and somewhat dirty, the curtain was singed/melted from nearby fireplace. Location is terrific though.

We stayed 5 days, had a wonderful trip, our room was thankfully on the first floor, closest to and facing the mountain. The view was beautiful, the place was nice, would like to have had more wood for the fireplace, but the kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed. Would love to stay here again, and especially if we had the same or very nearly the same room.
