My wife and I rented this wonderful house for a week and could not have been happier. The property was beautifully clean on our arrival and all of the amenities were in perfect order. We were welcomed by the neighbor who explained about the bear that visits the garden alas we never saw him. The property location was perfect being a short walk into Taos center to enjoy the sights and restaurants and only a short yet stunning drive up to the ski area. We are really hoping to visit again soon.

Wow, Celia exceeded expectations in almost every way. It was more like renting a "home" for four days as opposed to just renting a "house." Lots of little details and comforting touches in every room of the house. I hope to return to visit again someday. I would definitely recommend Celia to anybody visiting Taos.

This house met what we consider most important - quiet at night, a reasonably firm bed and a great shower. Along with this was a full kitchen w/more than we needed (when we travel, we do usually go out to dinner)+ a dining room (which we used as a shared desk and to setout our material on tha area). The living room had the desired entertainment features and a firm couch on which to sit.
The location worked well as we could walk to the old town square and multiple restaurants and a few tourist sites.
The host for the site was responsvive when we needed to contact her.
All in all, a good value for the price.
A note on the cleanliness rating. We were a bit surprised in staying in Santa Fe and Taos w/the number of moths (mostly dead) that we found. It seemed that every day we cleaned up a few more. Thank you for your thoughtful review. The moth issue has been a mystery this summer. We are wondering if the drought followed by the greatly needed rains played havoc with Mother Nature this season.
