cute little adobe style condo with all amenities including plenty of toiletries
great natural wood smell,warm tile flooring,adequate bedding and utensils

My family was very pleased with the location and the rental propoerty itself. The neighbors were very friendly and welcomed my family as a local.
I would encourage everyone looking for a quaint place to stay to consider this condo.
I would also encourage the property manager to return phone calls to guests. I left a message requesting information for an additional night stay due to the snow, but have yet to hear back. Just a guest relations suggestion. -

While we were pleased with the actual property, location and condition, the management staff could use some work. We were unable to obtain definite answers regarding certain properties, and the cost of rental that was offered was twice that of other properties in the same complex. It is concerning to read the past reviews of this company by former clients. If changes are not made, I would not expect this company to be in the business several years from now.

Walking to the plaza took only 10-15 minutes. The kitchen was well stocked. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, very nice. Living room area is a bit small but people could sit around the big wooden dining table, just not too comfortable. The patio is facing west, therefore sitting outside for the sunset was way too hot. That was my only disappointment.

The problem we had was being unfamiliar with radiant heating. Being from Texas, we had not encountered this before. It would be helpful if the heat had been turned up before our arrival late that night and if we had a little more explanation about it before we arrived there. Otherwise, the condo was great and we had a wonderful time.

The reservation process was more complicated than necessary because of the inexperience of the reservation agent. She charged me the whole rental at once instead of in two parts. And, I never received the emails with the necessary paperwork. Then she called to ask why I hadn't filled it out and she was very unfriendly about it. I think the problem was only with that one person because everyone else bent over backwards. The condo was beautiful and perfect for our needs. It was more spacious than we thought it would be and very comfortable.The only problem we had was getting the DVD player to work on the second night. We'd go back again.
