This sweet and comfortable home is a convenient 5 block walk to Taos Plaza. See Taos Mountain peeking in between towering cottonwood trees from the large raised deck and fenced in backyard area.
Towering cottonwoods and a good sized, grassy fenced in back yard; see Taos Mountain and the Sangre de Cristo Mountain chain peeking through the trees.

This year my wife and I decided to think outside the box for Christmas as on of our boys asked why we never got snow for Christmas. Being from south TX they had never experienced snow first hand so we bagan looking around and if you are doing the same now just see how many times Terry`s name comes up from Rosslyns reservations. There is a reason she and her husband are the best when it come to Taos vacation homes. We traveled with 3 teens and one very adventurous 6 year old. Casa Raya greeted us with large but cozy accomidations. The kids had a great time throwing snowballs in the back yard. Also, master bed room was amazing specially when we woke up Christmas morning after and overnight snow fall and looking out the windows to such a beautiful site. If I were a poet I would have been inspired to write something but this review is the best I could do. Thanks for everything Terry. You are the best.

My wife and I have stayed in this house on two different vacation trips to Taos. It's a great house in a great location. The house is big, but cozy and inviting at the same time. It has a great backyard with a wonderful deck. We love sitting on the deck in the late afternoon, sipping a drink and ignoring the real world. It's located in a quiet neighborhood that's within walking distance of the Plaza. Terry is wonderful to work with. She is our first choice when looking for a place to rent in Taos.

Our month-long stay at Casa Raya was wonderful. The house was clean, comfortable and convenient.

Albuquerque NMQuiet home with a great in-town view of Taos Mountain

Casa Raya is a beautiful home which works equally well for a family vacation (3 bedrooms and two baths!)or a romantic getaway (a lovely and private master bedroom). The home is well-appointed with very comfortable furnishings and nice artwork. Casa Raya is located in a quiet area close to the Taos Plaza - a short walk to galleries, restaurants and shopping. Our favorite feature is the large deck off the back of the house which allows for an unobstructed view of Taos Mountain - a great place to relax after a busy day. We very much look forward to future stays at Casa Raya!
